We've tried them twice now. The first time, so many veggies on the pizza that they weren't all cooked. The veggies were still kind of raw. Which was about two years ago. We decided let's try them again today 10/24/25 with just a pepperoni. Well... the crust was so tough! Like hard to bite into and hard to chew. I don't understand how they have high reviews when both of our experiences were well below average. Sorry to say we won't be going back. Also when I called and asked if they had any specials ( some pizza places offer them) their response was " no or we wouldn't make any money. We put a lot of pepperoni on it" which they do put a good amount but I thought if ask and their response wasn't appropriate. For the price I wanted this pizza to blow my mind, but unfortunately, it didn't! I requested light sauce, but it literally had no sauce it was so dry... We like light sauce we can't do the regular amount since everyone seems to overdo it and it messes with our heart burn! I asked for well done, and it was burned (see picture). Love this pizza for its outstanding flavor. This certainly puts other pizza joints to shame, except for the original Mama Petrillo's, which was originally connected to this place before it was sold. I've had their pizza which is so fire about go home and murder this spaghetti it's looks and smells so amazing. Can't wait to try other dishes they have!! Best pizza in Upland and, dare I say, the Inland Empire! This vestige of the famous Petrillo's in the SGV is serving up the same hot, delicious and crispy crusted pies here in the IE. Besides the name, the only other major difference is this place is take out only, but so is the Petrillo's in Glendora! They've been take out only since C-19 came ashore. So theres no reason to drive to that location anymore if you're east of Pomona. Unless you want to drive to the San Gabriel location to sit down and order your pie, look no further than this pizzeria in the heart of Upland. read more

My neighbor bought pizza here to share at a pool party. We all inhaled the pizza. The large fed 15 adults with leftovers. I recently got a large pizza here so I could have leftovers and freeze some too . Great deals. Good bang for your buck! Great for parties or date night. They add lots of toppings! No skimping here. Good pizza but it's literally if you want to order out or deliver. There's no inside seating, maybe 1 table. We got the large supreme and the lunch special personal pizza comes with 3 toppings. The large supreme can actually feed like 10-15 people. We wish the guy would have told us before we ordered. There was only 5 of us eating that pizza. I don't like supreme so I got the personal pizza with pepperoni, salami, and peppercinis and it was really good. That personal pizza can feed 2! I got the lunch special and it was supposed to come with a soda but I never got it. So make sure you take tabs. Also everything costs extra like ranch. read more

The pizza here is really good. We just moved into the area and they do not hold out on toppings here. The dudes working here are really cool and get you your order pretty fast. I would say the buffalo sauce is a little different but they do give it to you one the side of you order buffalo wings. Definitely gonna try the lemon pepper next time. Hey, I thought this joint was delicious. Yes it was a bummer that they wouldn't seat us inside due to COVID, but they hooked it up with some napkins and paper plates to eat on the outside tables. The large Combo pizza is ENORMOUS. At first I thought it was expensive at a whopping $34, but it fed an army for sure. Very good, solid pizza at a decent price. Much love. Easy parking lot. THE BEST PIZZA AROUND! Visited Petrilli's Pizza upon recommendation from a friend and, WOW, it did not disappoint. Every detail from the toppings, flavor of sauce, crust, and service was outstanding. My husband and I have already agreed that we probably can't order pizza from anywhere else while in the IE. Petrilli's Pizza is located on Mountain Avenue in Upland in a small shopping center with ample free parking for customers. We made our first order a few weeks ago in which we called in and stopped in store to pick up. Pickup time was reasonable and accurate. Staff upon coming in to retrieve our order was kind, fun, and super welcoming. It's apparent they love what they're doing and appreciate their customers. We ordered a large pizza, which automatically came in their square pie format. It was heavy, massive, fresh, and PACKED with toppings. Our pizza was a half-and-half of pepperoni/pineapple and sausage/peppers/onions. Toppings were plentiful and very, very fresh. Their sauce for the pizza was perfection. Packed with flavor. Their crust was also tasty. If you're gonna cheat with some carbs, this pizza is it and totally worth it. My husband is a born-and-raised Italian New Yorker and has an extremely high standard for pizza. Petrilli's Pizza checked off all of the boxes and more. I have been going to this version after moving to the Inland Empire and I much prefer their version (versus the ones in SGV named Petrillos -they broke up the family empire it seems) because the quantity and quality of the toppings is stellar compared to all other pizza places, even against Petrillos. A lot of people have recommended Petrilli's Pizza to us. My husband ordered a large Petrili's Specialty Pizza over the phone. The pizza is actually a rectangle shape and not a circle. When we got there, it was ready. Customer service was on point and friendly and everyone wore masks and following safety protocols. The pizza itself is definitely a thing of beauty; so big and so many toppings. I don't even know how much it weighed, but it's so heavy. Onto the pizza itself. The crust was incredibly hard, which I get so that it can hold up all those toppings. My jaw starting hurting from all the chewing and my husband laughed at me and said he was thinking the same thing. All the meat toppings were also overly salty for my taste. Overall, even with the impressive amount of toppings, I was still craving for sauce or more flavor from the sauce. After putting the pizza in the fridge and eating it the next day, the crust definitely softened a bit (got soggier) so it was more manageable to chew. We had dropped off half the pizza to my sister-in-law and she pretty much gave the same feedback about the crust. After a hockey game, what isn't better than pizza! We picked up a slice for the team! The x-large was plentiful! It was a crowd pleaser with the guys for its size! I like how they go from circle pies to square pies! We got pepperoni, bacon and sausage. The dough was crispy yet soft, and the toppings were fall of the pie well topped off.
