History

Established in 2015.

I started massage therapy full time in 2015. I realized my passion for helping others and decided to leave my desk job to pursue a rewarding career.

Meet the Business Owner: Helen P.

My passion for massage started years before I decided to become a therapist. It started 17 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child, Noah. I suffered terrible headaches and sciatic pain. The pain was so bad I could barely sit at my workstation. Finally l booked a series of massage sessions my therapist was able to alleviate my headaches and reduce the swelling in my lower back that was causing the sciatic pain. Through the years, massage therapy has helped me in various stages of my life. It was at a Yoga retreat (I'm a Yogi, Namaste) while I was getting a massage that I finally heard God speaking to me, leading me to where I am currently. Thank goodness because I couldn't be happier. The joy I get when a client leaves feeling relax, revived and rejuvenated. It fills my bucket with joy and happiness.
