Brought my dog shil in yesterday for her bath. I was able to make an appointment easily for the time and day I wanted. The salon was clean and the staff was friendly. Prices were reasonable too. We will definitely be back again! 9/18/18. Shiloh got her bath today as she does every few weeks. As always she looks great and feels so soft. I loved the previous owners and workers. My dogs and I are less fond of the new owners, but since we only come for nail trims, everything was well enough. Came today with two small dogs for nail trims. I called ahead to make sure they were accepting walk ins and to get their COVID precautions (they pick up the dogs from the car). The woman came out for the first dog. Brought her back and took the second. When I handed her my card as payment she informed me they now only accept cash. That's fine, but I've talked to two different people today and called ahead and NO ONE MENTIONED IT. I told her I'd have to go to the bank and bring it back. My bank has limited locations so it's a bit of a drive. They called me twice to make sure I was coming back. Yes, I'll be back with your $14. But if you want prompt payment, you need to let people know you have limited/changed payment options! A 10 minute errand turned into an hour long ordeal. read more

Took my Boxer, Bruno, there a few times when in the area and always had a great experience. Only problem is, he seems like he wants to stay with them when I pick him up- I don't see how others can say they don't treat their pets right there. We took a last-minute trip to visit family in Fullerton. Of course my two dogs came with us. Unfortunately I did not have time to get them groomed before coming. Their nails were getting long, and they were scratching my nieces and nephew. Pets Love Us fit us in last minute and did an AMAZING job! One of my dogs, Brutus, is afraid of all strangers. I am really happy with how my German Shepard and Labrador turned out after trying Pets love Us for the first time. My dogs are always hesitant about leaving the house, because they know they are headed to either the groomer or the vet, but The staff there made them feel right at home. Affordable! I paid $40 for a bath and hair cut for my dog. She is a mixed shitzu with poodle and they leave her smelling really good.

My dog saw Anna for grooming, but the entire staff are kind and helpful. From the front you can see the dogs being groomed, and they looked content and were being handled with care. Sophie's cute was cute, and she feels so soft. read more

This store may not "look" nice from the outside but the people are amazing and friendly. My dog is always scared to get groomed because the old groomer always cut him up with the sheets and his nails. These people were very friendly and explained everything to me and how to get him accustomed to proper grooming. We will be back! read more

Please all loving pet owners if you value your pets safety DO NOT bring your furry loved ones here my mom took my toy chihuahua here to get fully groomed right before the week of Christmas and when she returned to pick her up my dog had a huge welt on her little head and a blood vessel had burst in her eye the side where the welt was, when my mom asked what happened the owner named Robin made it seem as if it was my dogs fault that she got the welt from pulling too hard on the muzzle, now i know my pup is skittish and she can bite but i call BULLSHIT on you Robin!!! that welt my dog received was not from a muzzle...when she came home that day she was soo traumatized that when we went to pet her little head or around her neck area she would yelp as if she was being tortured and would shake never in my life had i seen her so scared...i immediately took pictures of the welt as evidence...so Please Please don't ever take your dogs there they mistreat them... also they don't follow through with the services you ask for... she was also supposed to receive a de-shedding treatment and didn't get it read more

I took our beloved, severely matted long hair kitty to them today for a shampoo and mat removal. They called about an hour later and said that they could not remove the mats due to his long hair and they would have to shave him to do it. I agreed and had them proceed. When we picked him up, you could not believe my shock when we saw him. It looked like he weighed 50 pounds less and was back to the kitty that we loved and remembered in the past. And boy oh boy was he happy. Have you ever seen a cat come back from a groomer literally begging you to take him there again? Well that was the impression we got. He loves his haircut and is happier than we've seen him in months. It's not that we neglected him, it's just that his hair grows so fast, that at our age we just cannot keep up with it. I would absolutely recommend Pets Love Us to any serious pet lover. Their care and love of the animals brought to them is self evident, and their work is top notch and reasonable in price. I could not recommend them more, and we have taken our pets to many different places in the past. The care and loving our cat received here cannot be exceeded elsewhere, at any price. That alone tells me, it's the client, not the groomers. I've been to 2 different groomers. The first I left because the owner kept changing the price on me w/out advance warning, which is why I came to Pets Love Us over 1 1/2 years ago through a recommendation from my neighbor. All I can say is thank goodness for Pets Love Us. The ladies who work there are always so friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. My dog is very comfortable when I leave him which is a good sign. have taken my dog here a couple of times and noticed that its takes many hours for a wash, cut, teeth and so on. But today was the worst. I went by the shop when it hit 5 hours of my dog being there, he still was not ready. Then after 7 hours i had enough and went down to the shop. The reason why i didnt call them is because they dont have an office phone, or if they do it goes to voice mail so you have to ALWAYS leave a message and maybe after a few days they will get back to you. So i went in and said that i did not receive a call for my dog but its been 7 hours. He said they called me and left a message, When i asked what phone number they called it was the wrong number. She wrote down my number wrong. Are you kiddding me????? Slow down and make sure you have the right number. My dog was a mess when he came home. He was extremely upset and you can tell he was not himself. I would be upset if i was in a strange place trapped in a cage all day. Yes he looks nice but at what price?? read more

Our dog will never be returning to Pets Love Us! We have a mop head of a mutt that her charm is all about her hair. When I brought her into the shop and discussed how I wanted her trimmed with the owner she said she understood how I only wanted a trim. She also used her finger as the length she would keep the hair. We discussed how I only wanted a little trimmed off my dog's face also. The owner understood those instructions too, confirming just enough to see. Leaving the shop I felt assured that my dog would just be cleaned up and have a nice trimmed look. Well...... I think they decided that following my instructions would just take too long and they wouldn't be able to fit in as many clients that day so they used shears and my dog left that shop with a 1/4" of hair. The groomer was too lazy to brush out the dog and trim the hair with scissors. It was much quicker, just buzz cut her. Our poor dog will not come out from under the bed because our other pets don't recognize her. I didn't recognize her when my husband brought her home. Not one thing we discussed was done. They trimmed our dog in the quickest, easiest way possible. Angry is not a strong enough word to describe my husband and my feelings about this shop. read more
