The employees either are unhelpful or rude. I have been told by a friend of mine who's knows the owner that it's a great store, but it has been consistently a bad experience for me. As an example, today the wife and I went there to look at pricing for glass aquarium covers, the employee didn't even bother to show us what they had in stock to see if they even carried what we needed. We where told to go home and measure despite already having an idea of what we where going to need. The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of one is we bought a couple shubumkins from them and they are doing well. So in conclusion I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The fish are shipped in and quarantined, and their fish room manager is the most knowledgeable guy in the business (in my opinion). He used to work at a different pet store, but I followed him when he moved because he is a cichlid genius. The staff are always friendly, and I'm under the impression that it is family owned and operated, and I always like to support local family business. The quality of product, fish, coral and inverts is above and beyond any other London petstore. 5 stars.

They have everything you need for your pet here. The food I use is Diamond Naturals and they also have it for me as opposed to other stores saying they will order it in. They also have a designated area where they call bathe and shampoo your pet for a lost cost and very safely secured. I give them a high rating because they are very accommodating. When I bought something that didn't fit and lost the receipt they had no problem exchanging it to a larger size for me. The only downfall is that the road it is located on can be really busy especially being so close to the Wellington intersection. It could be hard to get in and out. I personally drive through the parking lots and get to Wellington that way.

The owner is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. She is always smiling and is very good with my dogs. They are never upset or traumatized when I pick them up, just cute as buttons sitting in her big front window watching for me to pick them up. I always look forward to seeing their little faces in the window, it never gets old. She does a great job and I find her prices more reasonable too! Lacey literally jumps around like a puppy ( she's 13yrs old), once she's been groomed short again. You won't be disappointed if you go with her! ‍

They have a great "food point" program where you earn points towards a free bag of food. The staff is always polite and eager to help. My dog and I love visiting and he doesn't mind the treats from the person at the counter or the selection of amazing chewies and bones. It's also worth mentioning that I had a pet rabbit for 8 years and I am always impressed by stores that carry good quality timothy hay and food for bunnies. They provided me consistently with good advice, sound medical treatment, and compassionate understanding. The only reason I don't deal with them anymore is that I have moved, and losing them has been a great loss for both me and my pets.
