I went in at 3:15 to ask about the services. Kim was friendly, kind, informative and not dismissive (almost closing time if I brought in 2 dogs for full service). She said bring them in! I did and she spent her time with the doggies, everything perfection! Paw pads soft, nails trim, ears cleaned, glands expressed well! One month later I came back so he'll have his monthly grooming. When I came to pick him up, she tried asking "did he come in with this?" once again. It's been years since I've came here because the last time I came here it was $170 for my husky and chihuahua. I decided to give them another try to see if their prices were still expensive. Yup, they were. Honestly though it is worth it for the price because they do a good job of grooming your dog. I have 2 huskies and they both needed a LOT of deshedding. In fact, the owner told me she wasn't even done deshedding my husky. The service is always good here, and they always put cute bandanas on my dogs which I love. I came here to bring my shiba inu in for a bath I liked the layout of the shop. There is a play area for the dogs for the ones that are done. My 25 pound dog's bath took about two hours and cost $30. She came out really clean with a cute bandana. The owner was really nice. This place is located in the corner of the plaza next to the pizza joint. A couple weeks ago I had my two small dogs come here for pet grooming. I am very unsatisfied on how they did the cut and how they service my dogs. 1) When I asked the lady to cut the dogs hair short, it seems like they do not know how to cut. The face and ears were left uneven. Haircut was overall not satisfactory. Afterwards, I found that they have little scars on their legs and stomachs. One of my dogs has a huge scab where her butt is and we are very worried whether it can be infected or continue to become bigger. 2) The lady charged us additional $10 for the dogs being difficult. When we asked her what caused them to be difficult, she did not give us clear and well-defined answer to our question. She continued to make excuses while knowing they have harmed my dogs. Then she quickly said the $40 that she usually charges for small pet grooming is only "promotional" when it is clearly printed on your board as your "normal" price for everyone to see. We learned our lesson. We will not be coming to this shop again. read more

The place I normally go to was closed unexpectedly during the day I wanted to drop off my dog so I was on a hunt for a new place. I read about a few places on Yelp and chose this place solely on the fact that my dog wouldn't be caged up after she's done and that there's a play pen for her to be in! I called to make an appointment and promptly came in to drop off my dog. The lady said it would take about 3 hours because she doesn't want to rush, especially when it comes to new dogs/customers. I told her about Queenie's itchy skin and she told me her skin is dry and has dandruff so she recommended a shampoo with oatmeal that would be soothing for her. We agreed upon one and I was on my way! As we were approaching the 3 hours mark, I started to get anxious that I haven't received a call to go pick up my dog yet so I decided to drop in and there she was getting finishing touches. Everything came out to be $45 without tip. She left with 2 bows on her and a handkerchief around her neck. She was happy. I was happy. Affordable and good service. I called around 9 AM on a Saturday and they were able to take me in at 9:45. I was helped by a friendly girl working in the front. I didn't catch her name but she was really helpful. She helped me pick out what type of haircut was best for my pooch because I didn't know anything about dog grooming. I think we went with a puppy cut? So I drop off my dog and get a call two hours later to pick her up. I was so surprised to see that my dog looked completely different! They did such a great job cutting her fur on her body and around her face. She's so soft now! My dog looks smaller because she's not fluffy anymore. Lol. They gave her a cute little bandana and she smells great. The only negative thing I have to say is they didn't file my dog's nail and trim her pads too well (probably because my dog doesn't like having her paws touched but I guess that's understandable). Overall, it was $50 for the full grooming and I tipped because I was very pleased by the results. I had a great experience so I'll come back in a few months to get my dog groomed here. :D read more

If I could give this place a negative review I would. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET. THEY DO A TERRIBLE JOB AT GROOMING FOR ONE. I took my dog there this past week and water got in his eye. I didn't even care that I had to pay for the grooming but they didn't even try to do anything to accommodate my dog or jeopardizing his health in any way. All the cared about was making sure I paid for my sh*tty service. They told me his eye should be fine even though he couldn't open up his eye and it was swollen. They gave me eye drops from Walgreens for HUMANS. It is currently day 2 and he can barely open up his eyes. Now I have to take him to the vet. This is ridiculous. My dog came here happy and healthy but left sad and injured. read more

Such a cute shop with plenty of parking. It's located next to (a couple doors down from? ) a pizza shop. All the workers are really nice and helpful. It seems like a family business. My sister and I took our dogs here after we saw a flyer at a local shop. We called to check their availability, and they said we could bring both dogs in an hour. The girl who took the dogs was very helpful and friendly. She went through all the options with us and was very patient. She recommended the oatmeal bath for my dog since he has itchy skin. We received a call a couple hours later to say that the dogs were done. We were shopping, so we asked if we could pick them up at a later time. She said it was fine and that they close at 5. We came back a little before 5 to get them. There's a little play area with toys that they stayed in while they were waiting for us. This little detail alone makes it 5 stars. It always makes me sad when the dogs have to stay in cages while they wait for their owners. When we got there, the lady made sure that we were completely satisfied. She asked us if she could fix anything. I asked her to cut his hair a little shorter in some places, and my sister noticed that the hair in her dog's ears wasn't completely plucked out. When the dogs were taken back, they weren't crying too much, which says a lot. The last time my dog was groomed, he came out shivering. This time, when he saw us, he was normal. This place is great, and I can't recommend it enough. I would recommend calling to see if they have any promotions on their grooming packages. I received $20 off full groom, but that might just be a grand opening special. Otherwise, the prices are very decent. I think we've found our new groomers! There's also a Tuesday special that's bring in 2 dogs, and the second dog gets 50% off. Bring your dogs here. You won't regret it! read more

So a full groom (bath, cut, nails trimmed, glands expressed) for my 20 pound schnauzer only cost $50 with tip. Making an appointment was super duper easy, I called Saturday morning at 9:00 am and they were able to schedule him in at 9:30 am. Two hours later they called to let me know my baby was ready to be picked up. I really loved how the place was not super packed with dogs locked up in cages like a doggy mill. Schnitzel tends to get anxiety when there's too much commotion around. There's even a small play pen area where they had Schnitzel waiting for me when I picked him up. I have a German Shepard- corgi mix, (big dog little legs) who is so shy, and they were so sweet to her when I was going to leave and she was trying to follow. Love this place! I was taking Bentley (English bulldog) to Petco and everytime I picked him up I was not happy with the results.. He always came home not smelling fresh and his ears not even cleaned. I called and made an appointment in the morning on a Thursday. Coming here was the best decision for Bentley! Right when I walked in I was pleased on how nice and clean it looked. The workers were very friendly to Bentley and I. He was a little scared at first but he finally calmed down for her to bring him in and get started. Love how you get to choose what kind of shampoo to use. Especially because Bentley is allergic to many ingredients. Told me they would call me when hes ready in about 2 hours.
