When I shared that I still very much wanted to work with Steve, she later went out of her way to find us an earlier date than originally offered after I asked to be notified of any cancellations. From our first session I learned things I could immediately incorporate into my daily walks with my dog Gracie. He's wonderful with Gracie, but also with humans too. They have several designated spots, and there is even a 1 hour spot that is usually open. Since drop off for grooming only takes about 5 minutes, parking was honestly not an issue at all. The shop itself also feels new, clean, and refreshing, which makes a big difference when you are leaving your dog in someone else's care. Less than a year and a half later, new location, and the price of grooming went to $170. The quality of grooming went down and on the most recent groom., it seems the groomer may have nicked my dog with dirty Shears which led to a cyst an infection. This ended up being a $900 emergency room visit. Whilst I can't confirm this is what happened, it is highly suspected from the vet as the cyst became noticeable a few days later. Like I said, the quality of the grooming plus the increase in Price and grooming over 1.5 years is a bit too much and therefore I have started to look at other places.

Kiva had come from an abusive environment and hadn't gotten any consistent training during the first year of her life, when we adopted her she was very loving but didn't have much self confidence. Irini's experience was critical for this kind of untrained dog who had a high level of energy but not much experience and had trouble with impulse control. Irini's patience allowed the dog to make an incredible amount of progress in just two weeks. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Irini. We are especially thrilled at Kiva's improved recall so that we can feel more confident letting her off leash at Fort Funston.
