We had a great experience with pets vet. Staff were very friendly to us and our cat. They were able to get us scheduled right away. We highly recommend them to anyone with pets in the area!

I HIGHLY recommend this vet place!!! My English Bulldog had contracted pyometra and was in dire need of emergency surgery! My husband and I called like 30+ places that could do emergency surgery that wasn't very expensive. No one had availability that day. My dog wouldn't have lasted the night. But my husbands father told us about this place in town, we called and Pets Vet gave a flat rate cost. It was god send! I am truly grateful for this place! They saved my sweet Delilah and now we have many more years with her! Thank you all at Pet's Vet again!

Pets Vet is one of the most amazing veterinarians you can hope to take your four legged loved ones to. Our Gabby girl developed an intestinal problem right before Thanksgiving and we ended up losing her right before Christmas but Dr. Rizon went above and beyond to do everything possible to make our little girl better. Unfortunately, we lost our baby but the compassion and love we received from Dr. Rison, Jordan and the rest of the Pets Vet staff is something we will never ever forget. Thank you all.

I brought Izzy, our Chocolate Lab and Doc Robert and Staff are absolutely amazing! They care about their client needs. On two occassions, they accommodated me on a short notice on Saturday when they are close. Jordan (Vet Asst,) is super nice on helping me. The other occassion is when I came in last minute add on appt. They we are all helpful, accommodating and have very friendly staff. Doc Robert is great at what he does! You can repl that his Staff are happy which makes the customer happy and very satisfied!

Do they take cards or is it only cash?

They take credit cards, Care Credit, and of course cash. Pets Vet is the place to go for your fur babies. If you make an appointment, you most likely will have to wait a while before you see the doctor. They are ALWAYS very busy. Dr Rizon is a…

Very gentle Gave him a sedative to calm him down and finished the task. I can not thank them enough for taking care of this. I have one more cat that I adopted at the same time and she will only be seen by this care center in the future Thank you so much

If I could give this business a zero star review and warn you to stay away, I absolutely would…read more But here's my best attempt to giving you the heads up not to support this business I have been with Haven animal hospital for the last 4 years I have exclusively stayed loyal to this business and thought they were a great company Since they have switched things around and gotten a new vet in the office, care has gone significantly downhill Let me start off with explaining to you exactly what happened My golden retriever experienced in almost 5-minute seizure I booked lab and blood work to be ran a full panel for my golden at their office I came in for my appointment. They took my dog and took the blood and all the labs that they needed They told me that I would have the results either the next day or at the very latest Tuesday because they are closed on Mondays Tuesday rolls around they tell me great we have the results and we're just waiting for the doctor to go over them Didn't hear anything else Wednesday rolls around I call and I'm like hey did your doctor get a chance to go over those results? No sorry So I asked if they can hand me the Rob results without the doctor's interpretations They end up sending the results to an incorrect email address when they've had my email address on file for the past 4 years and they never get it wrong when they need to remind me of appointments or vaccination So I call them back later in the evening and forming them. I still haven't received my pet's results and they informed me that they sent it to the wrong email A few of her results are looking pretty concerning. I have one on my friends who's a vet tech interpret them for me. She's also kind of concerned Friday rolls around and I get an email that they're extremely concerned about my dog's glucose levels and that I need to schedule her a follow-up appointment to have in-house glucose test done I schedule the appointment. I arrived to my appointment this morning at 10:40 a.m. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment They leave me sitting in the waiting room until 11:28 a.m. They also have a waiting room overloaded with people and pets Once they do finally come and address me, they make me aware of the fact that they're not going to be able to see my dog today because the doctor isn't in and that they messed up on their scheduling I asked them to reconsider that choice and to give me a better option because not only was I there to get a follow-up on results get an in-house blood glucose test, but I was also going to let them know of other health issues my dog was currently experiencing They informed me that well. Their doctor couldn't see me or my dog that they could still do the glucose test, but it wouldn't be an in-house glucose test. It would be a full lab test all over again and that they would have to send it out and then I would again have to wait for the doctor to interpret those readings which last time it took her over a week to do so. My dog could be having kidney or liver failure and this doctor wants to continue to make me wait for my dog's medical care I argued with them and told them I would like the glucose done today in office with the readings interpreted and then I would like to cut ties with them and stop supporting their services in the next breath of air. The vet tech tells me we're going to do the glucose in-house today and then we're going to cut ties with you as if it was her decision to cut ties I reminded her that it was my decision to cut ties with them because the quality of care that they cannot provide to my animals will not be accepted by me. The animal parent she continued to express how sorry she was that their doctor is always overbooked and has way too many patients. But they keep booking appointments and keep loading her schedule full and then she treats my dog like a dollar sign instead of an individual So instead of my dog getting the prompt and proper care that she deserves and that I paid for I literally left with no answers in an attitude from the front desk ladies as well as the vet technician They couldn't even have the decency to give me my dog's results in a timely manner or to acknowledge my concerns about needing those results in a timely manner because my dog could possibly be in renal failure and they refuse to acknowledge that I will be making a report with the ASPCA as well as the better Business bureau as well as my credit card company And I will also be finding out who owns this practice and I will be going after them legally as well If you want to keep a business in good standing, maybe treat your customers with a little bit of decency and respect. Don't make them drive 40 minutes out of their way for an appointment with a vet and then when they get there and sit there and wait for almost an hour in your waiting room.

EDIT: The response from ownership honestly proves my concerns regarding professionalism and…read morecommunication. It is not "personal character assassination" to reference the public tone and wording that YOU, as the business owner, chose to post publicly under multiple client concerns. Clients are allowed to discuss their experiences and reactions to public interactions from management, especially when those responses come across as hostile, combative, or dismissive. I already acknowledged the written policy in my original review. My concern was the conflicting verbal information provided when I proactively called in an attempt to responsibly reschedule the appointment, as well as the professionalism displayed afterward. Feedback and criticism are part of accountability within any business, especially within healthcare and veterinary settings. Responding defensively to criticism instead of professionally only further reinforces the concerns being raised. I did not simply "miss" an appointment or fail to communicate. I proactively called ahead because I was unable to make the scheduled appointment time and was attempting to responsibly reschedule the appointment. During that conversation, I specifically asked what the fee would be and was verbally told it would be $20. (Please train YOUR staff accordingly if this does not reflect YOUR current policy.) Instead, I was later charged the full $78.97 deposit. What concerned me most was not even the money itself, but the way the situation was handled afterward. The communication from staff felt inconsistent, dismissive, and unnecessarily hostile despite my attempt to communicate responsibly ahead of time. After this experience, I began reading through owner responses to other client concerns online and was honestly shocked by the aggressive tone and public hostility displayed by management. Businesses absolutely have the right to respond to reviews, but professionalism, compassion, and respectful communication should still be maintained, especially in a veterinary setting where clients are already stressed and emotional. The "Dr." ego is very real here. Instead of accountability or professionalism, many of the public responses from ownership come across as combative, defensive, and focused on publicly arguing with clients rather than resolving concerns respectfully. The overall experience left me extremely uncomfortable and lacking confidence in the professionalism of the practice. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this clinic to carefully read both the reviews and the owner responses before making a decision. Feedback is what keeps checks and balances within an organization. Public criticism should not be met with hostility, defensiveness, or condescension from ownership. It should be handled with professionalism, accountability, and respect.

The little one had never had a professional grooming and she felt comfortable enough to give kisses right off the bat and all through the appointment I'm told. LOL! Her big sister did well too, and she's a toughy. Since my MIL was an AKC show-cut groomer, she was highly critical of the last shop that did my girl, Jax's sanitary cut. It was pretty obviously not what it should look like. That's why you get to see butt shots on the photos of how true professionals do it here at Pets R People 2. This is how it should look. They did a great job. Jax kept licking herself afterwards, so maybe she got a little razor burn or just enjoyed the soap residue, not sure. Overall, I'm only able to say that she is a dog and they do that. I gotta give them credit: they were a full house of furbabies and managed to get my two done in like 2.5 hours. I'm impressed and will definitely return. They still smell like blackberries from B&B! Their coats are super shiny!
