INCREDIBLY expensive and I have had terrible experiences with my appointments with the grooming department. Don't recommend.

This is the boogie boutique for your barking babies!! So many products I was looking for hours. We took 2 small dogs to get their claws filed down, and not a yipe was heard. Even my overly dramatic teacup chihuahua didn't cry. My roommate's papillon decided the bakery offerings were too good to pass by! She decided to go the self serve route while the human's talked! Snagging one on a lower shelf before she got busted by the cashier! Highly recommend this canine boutique!

They don't love bath time at the self-serve dog wash stations, but don't seem to mind the nail clippings. I, on the other hand, appreciate the convenience of the elevated dog wash stations with the portable dryer. If preferred there is also a separate room available to dry your dog. With multiple stations and employees, we have always been able to walk in for a dog wash and nail trim. On busier days we have been added to a waitlist. The list moved quickly so it really only took and extra 5-10 min. We used that time to peruse the shelves, which we wanted to do anyway. Most of the items and services are reasonably priced for a specialty dog shop. Only thing I don't like is price difference between the nail trim and grinds. They seem to take roughly equal effort and time and other places charge the same price for either service. The website needs updating since I believe nail trims cost $15 and the nail grind is $25. The website lists $10. If I'm remembering correctly. The employees are all enthusiastic and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure you are assisted and offer to recommend products as needed to match your dog's preference. They will even assist with fitting your dog with a harness. We have visited numerous times for toys, treats, supplies, baths, and nail care. I appreciate their rewards program that offers complimentary treats and services. I recommend this dog shop to others and look forward to returning!

I got an appointment within 2 weeks (that's good compared to my former groomer). I am spoiled, I mean, Beau and Olivia are spoiled. I made sure in Massachusetts that I got them to the best, local groomer, but when I moved 25 minutes away, I STILL went to this groomer and skipped the big name salons. Waggerz is fun. The store front is filled with items to buy, and colors to pick if you want your fur baby's hair colored a little bit. I saw nail polish, too. I'm not into that, but if you are, make an appointment. I didn't get specific names, except the groomer that did my dogs, MacKenzie. She gave both of my dogs an incredible cut. And, they use good products that clean and leave a soft scent behind - nothing too perfumed. I hope you will give them a try.

Looks like you have a holiday missed appointment fee and it seems like you have been extremely rude to the staff and about our policies. We are no longer able to service you. We wish you luck and have a good day!". Ive never actually brought my dog here, I scheduled here a few months back and canceled 48 hours before, where I spoke with a man and was told "thank you for letting us know" and asked if I'd like to go ahead and reschedule. At the time I didn't have a day in mind so I declined. Never did he mention a fee (which isn't an issue at all if that's their policy) I work in healthcare and we do the same with last minute cancellations. But being told I was "extremely rude" is CRAZY.. I don't know who's lying or if they've got me confused with someone else, but this NEVER occurred! After reading multiple negative reviews after being told this, maybe this was a blessing for me and my dog.

They assured me they were routing procedures. That was a Monday, and Friday morning I found him dead. I was in CONSTANT text communication with them, brought Bruno in on Wednesday as his stitches were dark purple and leaking fluid, brought him in on Thursday as he seemed to rapidly decline. I told them to do WHATEVER they needed to NO MATTER THE COST. They assured me my baby would be ok. Caylee kept saying he was "fine" and "just a sensitive boy". He was in their care all day Thursday for fluids and when we picked him up that evening he could barely walk without panting and plopping down every few steps. AGAIN, she said he was "a sensitive boy and just a little inflamed." She ran blood tests and said his white blood cell count was low but that it was normal and that he was AGAIN "SENSITIVE". They wanted me to bring him back in on Friday for more fluids for another full day. After my husband stayed up till around 4:30am, watching him. I woke up at 7:40am and found him dead in his crate with blood and fluid coming out of his belly. I screamed and pleaded for him to wakeup, his belly still warm but his body stiff. I called Clayton Animal Hospital and they just said sorry and sent over 2 vet techs who grabbed him out of the crate to bring to my car to transport to Rollins Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory for Necropsy. Necropsy results said he hemorrhaged and had SEVERE inflammation, essentially dying from SEPSIS. He had muscle NECROSIS. aka his muscle tissue was DYING. He was in their care MONDAY, WED, all day THUR and all signs that he was septic were missed. He had stopped EATING and DRINKING since TUESDAY and CAYLEE CUPPERNULL said and I quote "I don't feel like eating when I have the flu either, he is just a sensitive boy". I have talked to other people who have also lost their pets at the hands of this hospital. I am BEGGING you, do not take your animals here for any major surgery, they will KILL your beloved pet. This place is disgusting and unsanitary. FUN FACT: Caylee Cuppernull never even reached out to apologize or show remorse. I NEVER heard from her ever again and all anyone else could say was "so sorry we don't know how this could have happened". I loved this dog with all my heart and soul. He was THE SWEETEST boy ever, so gentle and full of love with his large paws. I just wanted the best for him and I feel like a failure as a dog parent. Bruno trusted me blindly and I put my trust in this hospital just to lose my fur baby who should have had 5+ more years ahead of him.

When setting up boarding, I followed online steps to generate an estimate only to be told by automation that they didn't give estimates. Prepare for things like that to just happen. Good luck getting them to answer the phone. I tried putting my dog in daycare for a couple days so she could feel the place out before her stay and I kept getting brick-walled. They never, within 45 days, had an opening. I was told they were getting such a demand that they have to turn away regulars. When you set up a profile, you fill in important info about this and that. It's mostly easy. I did so, preparing for a getaway about a month and a half later. My puppy Angel wasn't spayed at the time. By the check-in date, she was spayed. I took her to the facility, signed her up, provided a bag of food I bought, and went on my trip. The website says they'll send you pics of your dog in activity. Two days into my vacation, no pics. I called, no answer, so I left a message. I was eventually texted back with them saying I hadn't signed up for it. Okay, my fault. Keep in mind, you have to sign up for this. Then I found out she wasn't playing with the other dogs because they had assumed she wasn't spayed. Again, I had no idea about this, but you have to take it upon yourself to update ALL information in the profile, as the staff operate off that. So...after finally getting someone on the phone, I had the profile updated and Angel was clear to play with other dogs. The pics they sent me were 4 blurry, hastily taken photos of Angel and another dog in the lobby. Nothing of her taking action in the play area or anything. And no photos of her playing the next day. While the woman who contacted me was great and literally went above and beyond in trying to please, the results weren't satisfactory. It's a good place - don't get me wrong. But they tell you almost nothing, the website features seem neglected, the pics weren't good and communication is tough to come by. A.
