I can't recommend Crystal enough!!…read more I have 2 rescued Great Pyrenees, which are each well over 110 lbs and have massive thick double coats. They both have health problems and can be very challenging to groom. After having a horrible experience with a different pet store groomer, where my dogs were kenneled and forgot about in the back until almost 8 pm, I decided to never go that route again so I had them groomed by Crystal for the first time! I think the most important reason I recommend grooming through Crystal is the experience for you, and for your dogs. The individual attention that your dogs get, and knowing that they aren't just locked in a kennel and ignored for hours alone is priceless to me. My dogs being able to lounge around her house and relax while the other is getting groomed makes it so much less stressful on them. Crystal also has a good sense of humor--my giant boy Bear is around 130 lbs and will lay down and deadweight himself if he doesn't want to do something. She took it in stride and groomed him from the floor instead so he could be comfortable. Little things like that are things that your dog will never get with a lot of the big grooming stores and make a huge difference! My dogs enjoyed their time with her so much that when I came to pick them up, they didn't really even care to see me, they had a blast. There are very, very few people I trust to leave my dogs with, much less to groom, and I am fully comfortable dropping them off with Crystal knowing she has both the knowledge and experience to always work in my dogs best interest. She is professional, trustworthy, and honest--I truly cannot recommend her enough!!

Her work is impeccable my dogs smell so good when the are returned to me and the attention to detail is superb. I am so grateful to have found Nancy. Also I love that when I pick up my furbabies they are calm and peaceful. they know good people. Nancy is the best highly recomend her services. Also I love the grooming report that she sends at the end of your service as well as the photos showing how well my babies are doing while they are in her care and the frequent updates as to where she is while servicing them so I know exactly when to pick them up.
