We took our new rescue dog Stella to get a bath with Tiffany and we're very pleased. Tiffany explained everything very well and we felt at ease leaving out new baby with her. She looked beautiful and smelled great when we picked her up and more importantly looked perfectly relaxed and non-traumatized. We will definitely be back. This place is CUTE!! My husband and I spent about 20 minutes in here just walking around and looking at everything. They have a great selection of toys and treats, so of course we spent way too much money here. My dogs favorite item was some organic dog treats that smelled so delicious like real human cookies. We had our two miniature schnauzers groomed today by Ashley. She did a great job and groomed them just how we requested! It's always a bit scary to take your fur babies and leave them in someone else's hands, but Ashley took good care of them. You can tell when people are "dog" people, and Ashley along with the desk staff referred to our pups as "babies", which to me meant they understood they are just that...our babies! The online reservation system is awesome. Once they get my reservation, they review it and call me if there's any questions or if we need to make adjustments. When I go there with my boys, they know exactly what they need to get done and they also recommend things that I never thought of for them and I appreciate that. At one point, I thought my little guy did not get a very good de-shedding and immediately Leah called the groomer Alec and he was happy to bring him back the next day to do it again. Used a couple of their locations for grooming and have been satisfied with them for the last few years. A bit pricey for grooming and bakery items/store products, but I've never really compared other places. Premium treats and products though. I used to get specific stylish cuts for my pooch, but now I just shave him short all over and seems like it should be a bit cheaper. Some locations have groomers that are better or worse, but the kuykendahl location has always done a great job with my blind and overly anxious pup. read more

I was so happy to see there is one in this area. This review is just for the store but they do dog grooming. The first time we have been to this place was in Austin and we really liked it. They have a good variety of cute and interesting things like treats, toys, and dog food. Kelly helped me and she was really helpful in suggesting to me what meal topper will help with our pups. I suggest this pet store to anybody who lives in this area. There are parking spots on the curb and also at the back of the stores across the street. read more

My 12 year old dog was suffering from arthritis pain & having a difficult time getting up & down the steps or even walking at times. I spoke with Kelly & she was so kind. She recommended Super Snouts Hemp + Joint treats (pictured below). said other customers had seen great improvement in their dogs' mobility. Within two days our dog showed great improvement, resting easier at night & able to move about better during the day. We feel so relieved that our sweet dog is more comfortable. Needs a zero! My new Mal-shi needed his third ever grooming visit. I asked for his nails to be clipped and a bath. That's what I asked for and they agreed to do just that. While writing down my instructions, she kept saying mini groom. I explicitly said "I don't want a mini groom - I want him to be bathed and his nails clipped, that's all!" When I picked him up, they had changed his look completely by shaving some of his hair from his body and face!! I spoke with the manager who acknowledged that the groomer had gone beyond my instructions! I would've paid $150 for them just to follow MY instructions with MY dog!!! I am incensed and I don't know how this place has 5 stars!!! I encourage others who have had marginal service from this horrible place to share so people aren't duped into coming here!!! read more

My puppy, Baloo, and I walked into Woofgang on the morning of July 4th. I had been worried about the fireworks and had seen on Facebook about their calming treats. I was met by Kelly, the owner, who was super knowledgeable. We got to talking about Baloo's digestive issues and she pointed me in the right direction of some amazing food. While talking for about an hour her husband, Alex, came in with their 3 dogs. Baloo hadn't had much socialization and with him being my first puppy I wasn't sure what to expect. While talking with Alex and Kelly, Baloo went from being timid and shy to opening up and playing with their dog, Hank. They were both so wonderful about giving me tips on how to socialize Baloo, which dogparks are in the area, which treats and food to give him, etc. My husband, Baloo, and I have now been in everyday for the last 4 days buying something new for our little guy. My wife has used this place before. Our dog's haircut comes out ok. Today was my first time there. I walked in with our dog and the woman at the counter looked up at me, I said "Hi," and she looked right back down at her desk. I said "Hi" a bit louder thinking maybe she didn't hear me. She raised her eyebrows, looked up slightly, and completely ignored me. I said "HELLO!".... Nothing... The gentleman behind the counter greeted me and I directed my attention to him. He's the only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars. There are plenty of other groomers out there with GREAT customer service. After today, we won't be back to Woof Gang at Creekside. We unfortunately asked for a small trim and ended up with a major haircut. She made us pay for it as well when we told her how much we didn't like it. We were very specific about how we wanted the hair to be cut and how much taken off. This is the second time this has happened with my puppy at this store. After a HORRIBLE experience at another grooming spot I was hesitate to try another place. Kelly and her staff have ALWAYS done a great job with My miniature poodle Chino! She has even gone out of her way to deliver a chew used for joint pain that was quite hard to get. It was dropped to my home when she knew that we were almost out. Absolutely incredible service on all fronts. My wife and I took our puppy to get groomed today. Our little Baloo is so handsome now (not that he wasn't before). The groomers are extremely professional and did a phenomenal job. The store is immaculate, very clean and spacious. They have everything you can think of for your four legged friend. From plush toyspp to leashes and collars to all natural chews and dental sticks, they have it all. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and inviting. Can not say enough about the staff here. Today, before taking my little Pepper to the vet for the last time, I stopped by to use their self serve pet washing facility. Pepper was 15 and had lost most control of her bodily functions so every morning was a smelly time. I wanted her to be all clean for one last time. I entered the store and was very emotional and they were so kind, gentle and generous. They brought Pepper treats and gave me a beautiful memorial candle when we left. Why am I just finding this place? - I asked myself after I checked our shaggy little 5 pound poodle in for a much needed grooming appointment and then strolled around the store. It's a happy vibe kinda place - and it smells good too. The staff is fantastic and the super model even got a sample of treats when we left.
