He has been at her daycare almost daily for the last 5 months, and we've had him boarded countless times, from a day to a week. Sue is wonderful with all of the dogs and is very flexible with our scheduling needs. Her house and backyard are a doggy paradise. The dogs can enjoy being inside her lovely home, in a covered sun porch or outside playing in the yard. Our dog is always exhausted after returning home from a day of play! Irresponsible, dishonest, goes through your stuff.... A few…read moredays into my vacation, Colleen called me demanding me to give her my key code to access my house. I was pretty clear with her, that I just spent a lot of money changing all of my locks as well as all the key codes as I just moved in the week prior and did not want to give out the key code. Colleen's is also extremely chatty And nosy, walking all over my house when there was no need to. She then promised me over the phone, that she would refund me her entire fee for the whole time I was gone as all the stress that she caused as I was At a camp out type place that I had to leave my children to get on the phone with her to let her in with the key pad access as I did not want to give it out since I didn't really have phone access. She said she would refund me her whole fee for the whole trip. When I got home, she then refused to give me any money back saying that it was my fault that I should have told her that the door slams automatically (on day 3 that she was there).... She left her keys in my house key in the kitchen where she had no business even being in my house. The dog food, bags, and everything dog related was left right next to the door with the key in it. She had no business nosing around my entire house as well as leaving her keys in a room completely opposite where my dog was. She tike be that she noticed books that were in my drawers and commented to me about them....I also had cash that were in my drawers that is no longer there--I can't tell you how violated I feel by somebody going through all my things. Please be aware as she is extremely nosy, dishonest, and irresponsible.

Colleen arbitrarily decided to cancel her last visit without my permission leaving me a huge mess at home. She also decided to KEEP the payment for the visit that she cancelled! I was overcharged and my animals were left with no water, barely any food and dirty conditions. She does not seem to understand that since it was her choice to not come for the final visit she has no right to keep the money - which she forces you to prepay! Be wary of signing her legal contract and agreeing to prepay her.

We met with Victor prior to the booking and he was very detailed oriented, taking careful notes and asking good questions which made us feel confident leaving our two very high maintenance cats in his capable hands. I like that TCK specializes in cat sitting only and they offer a wide variety of booking options from short visits to overnight stays. The intake forms are extremely thorough and lengthy which I actually appreciated so the sitter had all the feeding details and habits for our two cats. I also really like the fact that their sitters are vetted, insured by the company, and experienced at administering medication as we have an asthmatic cat. They are a little expensive but the comfort of knowing you're getting a reliable service and a reliable sitter is well worth it.
