The owner, Lisa, is very responsive and it's easy to book services through their online portal. We've had various sitters over the past few years and Jacki is the best we've ever had. She is so friendly and keeps us very well-informed about our older kitty, who does not like to be alone. When she comes, she sits with him in his favorite recliner and brushes him, which he just loves. We are so comfortable knowing that Jacki is looking after our precious chubby boy. We are beyond delighted with the services from Pick of the Litter!

My second one was a bit easier but was still confused at the new house. I could not have chosen a better person/business to use. Margie was so helpful and made me feel at ease. She even gave me hints as to have more success giving meds! I loved the daily visit report from the sitters and the extra care of my home. Such a relief to be able to trust someone else with your fur babies!

I have had many issues over the years and I finally found someone that is more over protective of my 3 dogs than I am!!! I love that their policy is not to leave the dogs more than 4 hours at a time! That's such a great feeling. They send pictures daily and they truly care about your dogs as if they were their own. I love how they make sure they are at your home within an hour or so after you leave and they make sure they stay until about an hour or so before your coming home. I can not thank them enough. My boyfriend is so happy we can travel comfortably now because all the past the dogsitters would stress me out , with Suzanne and Pawsitive Vacation Pet Sitting my vacations are stress free! He sent pictures and notes each time to let us know everyone was eating, and doing alright. He left everything clean and neat with happy campers all around. How would they know what to do if they had never been to my apartment before? Randy (the owner) came to my apartment before the first visit and took copious notes about what to do. He asked that I buy a lock box on Amazon and place it somewhere in the garage of my building with my keys inside for the pet sitter. I'm used to giving my keys to my pet sitters, but this is actually pretty convenient because it means that I can get my key back right away when I come home. There have been a couple pet sitters who have been to my place, but Anna has been there the most. All of them post updates with photos that appear on the app that you can download on your smartphone (you also get an email copy of this as well). I feel like Anna has really gotten to know my kitty and I appreciate that she really seems to enjoy spending time with her. The other convenient thing about this pet sitter is that you can request the dates of your pet sits online and also you can pay for them with credit card afterwards.
