Margie and the team are highly reliable. They offer a range of Pet Care while you're away, while you're in town, or need a regular dog walker. Margie is very thorough in her onboarding to ensure clear communication and avoid misunderstandings. They go to great lengths to work as a team to resolve issues but are not hesitant to reach out to me at any time. A few things I like are they do report cards every time they come to the house and that the rates feel very reasonable for all that is included. Our family can leave our beloved dogs and cats at home, knowing they are in great hands. How would they know what to do if they had never been to my apartment before? Randy (the owner) came to my apartment before the first visit and took copious notes about what to do. He asked that I buy a lock box on Amazon and place it somewhere in the garage of my building with my keys inside for the pet sitter. I'm used to giving my keys to my pet sitters, but this is actually pretty convenient because it means that I can get my key back right away when I come home. There have been a couple pet sitters who have been to my place, but Anna has been there the most. All of them post updates with photos that appear on the app that you can download on your smartphone (you also get an email copy of this as well). I feel like Anna has really gotten to know my kitty and I appreciate that she really seems to enjoy spending time with her. The other convenient thing about this pet sitter is that you can request the dates of your pet sits online and also you can pay for them with credit card afterwards.

We took him a few times for daycare before we left and he loved it. They were very attentive and he got to play with other dogs and still got his scratches and pets. He wasn't all that excited to leave. We will continue to bring him for daycare so he can see his new doggie and human friends. Enzo boarding experience was just as great as daycare. They continually send pictures and let us know how he was doing but we could see from his face he was having a grand time. Took our two dogs for a nail trim. I told them the dogs were very skiddish and scared as they are…read morerescues. The place literally had 20 dogs crammed into a tiny room just free roaming, standing room only practically, where a lady was grooming a dog. They brought our two very scared dogs into said room and did their nails there as 20 other dogs are all over them bumping into them, smacking them in the face with their tails, etc. They then tried to convince me that only one of the dogs had a leash when I brought them in because they couldn't find the other one (which they then found after looking for 5-10 minutes). Definitely will not be brining our dogs back there and would never consider daycare or boarding there as the conditions were so chaotic and unorganized.

That's such a great feeling. They send pictures daily and they truly care about your dogs as if they were their own. I love how they make sure they are at your home within an hour or so after you leave and they make sure they stay until about an hour or so before your coming home. I can not thank them enough. My boyfriend is so happy we can travel comfortably now because all the past the dogsitters would stress me out , with Suzanne and Pawsitive Vacation Pet Sitting my vacations are stress free!
