    Lizzie was amazing grooming my baby girl English springer Sophie !! Will go to her next time . She was kind and professional. The prices are reasonable too !!

    I left my dog at the Petsmart's PetHotel at this location for a week and I sincerely regret it. During my trip, they called to inform me that my dog was experiencing diarrhea. I immediately paid for them to treat my dog and to give her the necessary meds to assist her. When I return to pick her up she had poop all over her feet and in her fur around her butt. It was very clear this was a build up of poop over several days. According to the staff my dog had received a bath prior to pick up which is a complete lie as you will see in the pictures. I know what my dog's fur looks like after a bath and the dried up poop only confirms my suspicions that she was not washed at all. In addition to my dog being filthy, she has been sneezing non stop, she's lethargic and not her energetic usual self. She has an appointment with a vet today. When I picked her up I was also informed that they switched my dog's food after she became sick. They did not ask for my consent to do this. I wouldn't be surprised if they did this on day one and this is the reason she became sick in the first place. I trusted this company to watch my dog during my time away. Big mistake. Never again!! If you love your dog, please keep looking! Sorry for the graphic pics...

    We have been using Candice for years to groom our Cavapoo (since he was a few months old). She treats him like he is her own pup and does a great job grooming! You can tell that Candice has a true love for dogs.

    I am very disappointed in the outcome from my puppy's grooming services today. I have had her groomed one other time and I had a very great experience with Brie! However, today I was placed with a groomer named Victoria and she was terrible!!! Results from Brie versus Victoria were extremely different. Other than the bath that my puppy received it looks like that was the only service provided to her even though i was charged full price. I took pictures of my first visit to PetSmarts grooming visit and today looked nothing like these results. Victoria also had a very rude demeanor and her customer service has convinced me to try to find another groomers from this point on! The pictures with the green bow are from Brie's services ( I don't think that she works at this location anymore) and the one without the bow is Victoria. DO NOT BOOK WITH HER IF YOU WANT THE BEST RESULTS FOR YOUR PET!!

    If I could rate the groomers any higher, I would. I have a Pomeranian and Cocker Spaniel and every time I come here to get them groomed, my children receive nothing less than the best treatment. I've had them groomed with Brooke, Melesha, and Naomi, and can honestly say that you can't go wrong with any of them. They're very skilled groomers and their customer service is phenomenal!!!!! 10/10 would recommend

    I was very hesitant after reading the reviews on her about bring my Shih Tzu in to get groomed Well I decided to anyways. Dani did an amazing job on my baby girl! She did so beautiful and did exactly what I asked. Only thing i thought $47 was alittle much but as long as my girl looks pretty it's all that matters!

    Brooke is the best! She has groomed my four poodles for years and I would not trust anyone else with them. She clearly loves dogs and my pups always are happy with their new haircuts. Poodles do a cute prance when they feel good and they always do it after seeing Brooke. She always cuts their hair the way we discuss, whether it's a trim or full summer shave down. The other members of the staff have always been helpful if Brooke has not been there when I drop off my pups. This is the best salon I've been to since I've been a poodle mom (about 15 years). Thanks Brooke and team!

But my dogs bath that I said no too when asked, was 45.00 plus 20.00 spa special. Plus 32.00 for monthly special package. Like that more expensive than when I groom. That they also charged me for a monthly package. I specifically said over and over and check in I didn't want it. And your front desk lady should vouch for me. And why would I want a credit when I am being cheated out of money?? When the business I have supported for six yrs referred customers too is not backing me on something that is their fault. During check-in, I had multiple verbal conversations with your front desk employee regarding additional services for my dog. Each time the subject came up, I clearly stated that I did not want any extra services added. I specifically remember saying no because I live paycheck to paycheck and was trying to keep costs down. At no point did I knowingly agree to extra services. If your policy is that only the written contract matters regardless of what is verbally discussed, then your staff should be trained to go line-by-line through the paperwork clearly and accurately instead of having conversations that directly contradict what the customer is saying. I take responsibility for not rechecking every line before signing, but your business also has a responsibility to ensure customers are not being verbally told one thing while paperwork reflects another. A customer should be able to trust that when they repeatedly say "no" to extra services, those services are not added anyway. I am asking you to take responsibility for the failures in communication and handling of this situation. From my perspective, I was charged for services I explicitly declined, and I find that unacceptable. Even more so the owners response to their business.
