I will never be taking my pets to be groomed here again. Called on the phone and was told that it would be around $40 for each of my cats to be trimmed and bathed. First, they were late in taking in my cats and pushed my appointment back an hour 30 minutes before I was going to take them. They were then extremely rude when I walked in took about 5 minutes for someone to help me when there were about seven people standing around doing nothing and I was given major attitude when Brittany(cat groomer) finally stopped talking to her friend and came to help. Asked for a trim and she said their trimmer makes the cats fur look choppy so she can't do it(literally came in for them to be trimmed). I was told it would take 4 hours then get a call one hour later to be told they are done. All she did was cut a couple of knots out their fur and trimmed their nails, not even a bath. She then tried to charge me $50 per cat until I talked to the manager. I've been to another groomer who did an excellent job and didn't complain that they didn't do it because the cats were scared. I expect professionals to know how to deal with animals, but PetSmart groomers are not professionals I guess. Anyways save yourself the trouble and NEVER BRING YOUR PETS HERE. read more

I don't want to waste any more time with petsmart grooming. I had multiple issues every time I took my dog there to be bathed and clipped. They have trouble keeping appointments they make, they must be pod hourly because they come up with every excuse not to do their jobs, and when they finally cut my dogs hair they left him with two cuts on his skin. Was there on 11/25 for the dog bath package which includes Oxygen-infused bath with shampoo & blow dry and 15 minutes of hair brush. We also added nail trim and grinding, and a trim of his behind. We had an appointment for this!!!!!. After we picked him up he still was smelling just like before, was slightly damp and his behind looked terrible. The explanation given for the terrible job on his behind was that he kept moving so they could not do a good job. Boy, was I glad that I did not get a complete haircut package!!! The very thought of having his lovely coat cut like a novice scared me. The instant we came home we could see that he was shedding. Looking at all this I seriously doubt if they even did 20% of the things that they were supposed to do. The only thing that they did do well was the nail trim and grinding. I will never use their grooming services again. Took my pomeranian in. He looked OK when I picked him up, although they didn't cut his hair much. He was nicely brushed out, so at least he had no mats in his fur. I noticed it didn't look like they groomed around his bottom, which I suspected would be a problem; not knowing it would be a problem immediately. Not sure if the problem was there when I picked him up or not, but within a day, he smelled bad and had poo caked around his butt. I had to soak him in water to get it all out, it was already hardened. I feel perhaps they didn't clean him and much if it was there before I took him in. Total waste of time and money. This has been our usual grooming place for the last five years. We have two dogs we take there. Today the "grooming manager" didn't support the customer when her team didn't take care of calling the vet to get rabies cert for one of my dogs(I offered they insisted on doing it). The. Threatened my dogs grooming would be severely delayed. I supplied immediately to avoid having my pets in a kennel any longer then necessary. I dropped my dogs off 230mt only to never get a call they were finished. I called at 730 to check and the store manager asked the last groomer who was. It sure if there were anymore dogs there!!! Seriously! I think this was don't purposely and at the expense of my rescued dog with kennel fears!!! A discount isn't enough to remedy this poor treatment of pets!!! Not very impressed with their Grooming services. At one point they shaved my wheaten terrier ears, my dog didn't look like a wheaten terrier at all. The teeth cleaning and nail grooming is a joke. I Would Not recommend this grooming salon. read more

I scheduled a grooming for my dog, everything was fine up until the morning of when they called and told me the groomer who was supposed to do my appointment called out that day, and that I would need to reschedule. Then I made a second appointment at the same place, and lo and behold, the morning of I received another call telling me I had to reschedule again due to the groomer calling out. Each time I was told they could not fit me in at all that same day because they were completely booked. I'm sorry, but if I ran a business where it is common for employees to call out from work the day of, I would make sure that their clients who had appointments would still be taken care of. I will never shop here again, and I will certainly be taking my dog elsewhere to be groomed. read more

Employee/cashier was very rude and uninformed. My elderly parents adopted a rescue dog the same day from another establishment. What should of been a joyful day for the new dog and dog owners turned into a confusing and upsetting experience. The employee did NOT help with getting items the pup would need, she just continued to condemn the establishment that rescued the puppy. The pup was adopted from a reputable organization that is a competitor for Petsmart. The long and the short of the story is, the new pet owners went a couple miles up the road and were treated with excitement and joy by the employee of a Petco. The new owners went home that evening with all of the items purchased and joyful at the treatment they received by the employee at the competitor. I will never purchase anything from this establishment and I know my family members wild the same. It is a shame that business has been lost do to an uncaring and ignorant employee. read more
