Our dog was groomed here. The actual cut was fine. A few spots missed, but they shaved him so close around his eye that it was bloody. When clipping his nails, they did a terrible job and they were splintered at the end!! They clipped his nails too short and were bleeding. They put powder on his feet to stop the bleeding and didn't tell us. He pawed his eyes when we got home (I'm assuming around his eye hurt where they made him bleed) and his eye swelled shut and had goop exuding from it for 2 weeks. When we contacted them asking what happened, they were unhelpful and said it wasn't their fault. They eventually refunded us after multiple calls and people were spoken to read more

We have been loyal customers taking our dog here for years for regular grooming. The prices are high, but it is 3 minutes from our home and we have always been treated very well until this week. We received a coupon offer from the company for 10% off our next grooming if we signed up with our email address which we did. Then had our dog groomed this week and presented the 10% discount code to the cashier on check out. She told us that all locations are independently owned and this location doesn't honor the coupon discount, so would have to pay full price. So in order to screw us out of around $10 by not honoring the Wag N' Wash coupon, they made it clear that our years of loyalty to their company isn't worth even ten lousy dollars to them. This was highly insulting and as a result, we will NEVER step foot in this business again. read more

This is a wonderful, clean store. Each employee cares how your animal is doing. It was my first time here for a dog bath w my Doodle. Although my dog was nervous, the staff were so accommodating she calmed down and we got the bath accomplished and she looks fantastic w the high quality brightener shampoo option. Easy in and out and convenient to wash your dog in between grooming without breaking your neck trying to wash them in your shower or bathtub. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Only suggested it would be nice to have more soap come through the hose when you choose that option. read more

I love the staff here! The new store manager Tammy is incredibly knowledgeable about food and helped me get my dogs on a great food to help with chicken allergies. The staff treat my dogs like celebrities when they come in and know them by name. It'a so easy to come in and give them baths (the extra $ for the heated conditioner is so worth it!). We had a serious situation this morning when our pup pooped in the kennel in the car and it was all over both of my dogs and the kennel. I had kids in the car on the way to their dance class, it was a horror story! Everybody was so helpful and one lady really stood out. She helped me with both dogs the whole time(I didn't know how to use the diy baths), serious vip treatment, even helped hose off the kennel outside. I was super impressed with the kindness of the employees and the store was beautiful. Clean and had everything a pup could want! Very professional. Great service. Highly recommend. I have a 20-pound poodle mix and he's always very shaky when we arrive at the groomers. He literally vibrates. But he did not shake at all. There were several dogs around - some heading for the self wash and some waiting for the grooming services. I hate to say it but this place has really gone down hill. I've taken my golden doodle here for the last 2 years fairly regularly and Halle used to do a great job. She took maternity leave and haven't seen her since. Today i had a 9am appointment. I showed up 20 minutes and was told they wouldn't be able to check him in early and to come back after 9a. I told her I'd be unable to do the appointment as i had somewhere to be right at 9. She told me to keep in mind i would need to pay a last minute cancellation fee if i came back. I told her not to worry as I'd never visit her location again. I w brought my dogs here for mail clips, "just come in anytime" they told me. We'll, I went to the hassle of just dropping in and apparently their nail tech only has specific hours and wasn't in. On the website it says "no appointment needed" but doesn't say anything about nail tech hours. Dryer area was in disarray. No nozzles on the hoses. And as usual hair everywhere. Loads on the floor. This is as usual. What is more frustrating is that the owner was basically doing nothing the entire time I was in the store. In fact I was so frustrated I left with my dog wet and decided to go home to finish drying him. I passed the owner who was sitting on the computer and told her my dissatisfaction in detail and was hoping I might get a 50% discount. She said her blowers were some super strength dryers. But I told her without a nozzle they don't work effectively. And hair could be cleaned up in very little time. I didn't get a discount and ended up finishing my pup at home and by then he was matted up. East of my time, money and frustration AGAIN! Looking and Reading thru the negative reviews here I can concur with all of them. I have also had rude groomers who have done a lousy job with my dog. But that was over a year ago. And it only took once. Also, I believe they go thru groomers often. It is also true it is hit and miss on the nail trimming availability. The owner just seems like over the ast year or so has gotten lazy and very unapologetic. they do carry some nice products and are one of the few places with frozen buffalo bones. Which by the way I recommended they carry. They go thru a lot of employees and most are barely legal age to work. And they seem to go thru a lot of re-modeling. read more

I am so incredibly grateful for the assistance I had today to bathe my boy. He is super timid and this was a new experience for him. I tried 5x to get him into a tub by myself and was abandoning ship when one of the people in the store (whose name I didn't get because it was so stressful) offered to help. I thought it was not a good idea to have someone my dog didn't know help me in a stressful situation bc I didn't want him to bite her. She was amazing and talked me and him through getting him into the tub and through the bathing. She stayed with us the whole time and made it doable for me. Thank you! I started off calling this location to see if they had any holiday scented shampoo for sale for dogs. I spoke to the manager, Kelsey (sp?) and she stated that they had a few gallons of the pumpkin pie scent in back that they had received on accident. That she didn't want them to go to waste so if I brought in containers, she could figure out how to charge me for them since "it is a family owned establishment." I also verified they had the matching cologne to purchase. I hopped in the car for the 35 min ride and stopped on the way to purchase some squeeze bottles to hold the shampoo. I get to the location and Kelsey has already left. 2 girls there have no idea what I'm talking about and decide to call the manager. One goes to look for the shampoo. She comes back and says there are no pumpkin pie shampoos in back. The one on the phone chimes in and says that the manager is saying she only spoke to me about the cologne. Incorrect, that's a complete lie. Why would I have driven that entire way if I didn't confirm that she would sell the shampoo? I triple checked. I told her I would be on my way, containers in hand. One of the girls kept stating it was a "miscommunication" - pretty much telling me I didn't understand the conversation that was had. Yes, I did. Kelsey clearly told me something she wasn't able to do and knew enough to bow out before I got there. Well played on her part. Long story... don't trust a conversation. I brought my dogs in not long ago and picked them up and she shaved them all the way to their skin, they forgot to pluck their ears, AND they didn't clip their nail. I had to leave town and took them back today...BIG MISTAKE!!! i told her to just bathe them, give me a credit for the nails, and trim around their paws. she called me and said the "new" girl said one of his ears were matted. they weren't last night! I know what she did! she bathed him and just put him in the kennel before she dried him and he rubbed! I showed up and they shaved his ears BALD!!! only his ears! she tried telling me they "saved" it to show me! it wasn't that way when I combed him last night! this is because they even told me that they "leave them in the kennel for a couple hours and he gets nippy"! New owners won't accept any coupons for loyal customers. We get our dog groomed there once and month and won't be coming back. We forgot our coupon that was mailed to us, and when we asked about the coupon, it couldn't be granted. The owner wouldn't take our word for having a coupon and told us to "go somewhere else". We have been loyal customers for 3 years with our golden retriever. We will be spending our hundreds of grooming dollars somewhere else. Terrible and rude ownership. I will never again take my dog to this place. They left him with his skin rash from over brushing. He has a large dark spot approximately 5 inches wide where the groomer went overly aggressive on his skin and his left him injured. I took him here because they said they had experience with Samoyeds. Clearly that was not the case because my dog came back injured. He looked fine we picked him up at once I got him home and was able to look and that's when we found that he had been hurt by the groomer. I Will never take my dogs to this place ever again and I'll make sure to be telling everybody at the dog park about my experiences as well. I posted pictures of his skin on their yelp review. Wag N' Wash Customers Beware! Grooming nightmare! I want to first say that in all the years of following others on social media (Facebook, Etc), this is the first time that I have actually been compelled to post. Yesterday I took my two doodles into the Wag 'N Wash here in Highlands Ranch to get groomed. Mind you, it's been about 4 months since their last grooming so they were due. When I brought our dogs in, the groomer (of 30 years of experience) informed me that she might need to shave the dogs if they were too matted. I accepted the fact that the dogs might come back naked. Dropped off the dogs around 9:30 and was told they should be ready by 3. Had to call them at 4 to see where my dogs were. Told they would be ready at 5. I wish they would have simply called to let me know that there would be a delay. We had to change up our afternoon plans (annoying!). When I picked up the dogs, I was told that it was going to cost me an additional $70 dollars (something that was never discussed or disclosed). The dogs had burn marks from the cut all over and the dogs drank 3 water bowls of water when they came home. I noticed that one of the dogs was bleeding on the bridge of his nose. Our other dog had the same on his scrotum. When I got up this morning one of my dogs was cowering like he was afraid I was going to hurt him. At that point, I knew something was way wrong. When I called the store and spoke to the owner, John Park, he was super defensive and tried to blame me for the terrible service and the physical and emotional issues with my dog. John asked me to bring the dogs to the store so he could see it and 'Make it right". When I got there, he didn't even look at the terrible work, only wanted to blame me for not coming in sooner. He and the groomer stated that the result is normal. Look at the pictures and you be the judge. Before I left, we exchanged some pretty harsh words and he actually lunged at me and had to be restrained by the groomer. Told me if I posted anything that he would claim that I abused the dogs! Incredible! I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to that guy or that store. The owner is a disheveled homeless looking guy that cusses like a sailor. John Park. I am having my dogs go to the vet tomorrow.
