The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I needed from my newly needed farm supplies to pet essentials. The staff (I didn't get everyone's names unfortunately) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. What really stood out the most was the friendly customer service and the quality of the products. It's clear they care about their customers and the communities they serve. I'll definitely be coming back for future needs. The prices truly aren't half bad, either. I love the clearance that they have and look forward to finding more treasures.

What a pleasant surprise! Upon check-in, the staff noticed that there was a flag on his file and told me that they were sorry for the problem we had on his previous stay. They assured me he would be well cared for, and they delivered! When I picked up Nash that night, he was happy and not traumatized in any way. Since then, Nash has become a "regular". I drop him there a few times a week for group play with the little dogs. He loves to go! The staff is friendly and they know him. We have also used them several times for boarding Nash and our two cats. What a difference a year makes! I'm glad I gave them a second chance.

I made a 10 am appt to meet them at a local animal rescue foundation. They were promptly there on time. They took my dog into their mobile vet unit and by 10:25 my dog and I were on the way home with the medicine needed to treat my dog. The icing on top of the cake was that it only cost me $40!!! I know had I gone to a regular vet it would've cost somewhere around $200-$300 to diagnose and treat my dog. I will continue to use On the Spot Vet Care and will let everyone I know to use them as well!
