When I got there and went through everything and paid for the blood test and everything then I was quoted $800-$1200 on a piece of paper stating that they had made large Erin quoting me over the phone and that they had should not have done so. Hence, then who did the young lady go and speak after putting me on hold for 10 minutes to get this quote after taking all of my information. most business that is called bait and switch just to get someone in the door and take their nonrefundable deposit for an which is absolutely absurd I paid for a deposit for an appointment that was absolutely 100% misleading just to get someone in the door. either one of two things, ignorance, and very poor communication and poorly ran business or pure and simple bait and switch. I have a hard time believing that they would hire somebody so unintelligent and so misleading to quote something so wrong. Dr. Allison Tewell-Merritt, was able to accommodate our last minute visit. 3. They were willing to remove the stitches from our spayed dog, even though they were not the clinic that conducted the initial procedure. 4. They were able to diagnose and prescribe medication for a ringworm infection our dog had as well. The infection is now fully healed. 5. All this was done for about $90, which is incredibly reasonable. I felt bad paying so little. My girlfriend and I had the most pleasant experience here, and it was a pleasure watching Dr. Tewell-Merrit work with our dog. For those of you complaining about these outrages charges of $150 or so, please re-home your pets. Part of being a responsible pet owner is knowing you can afford your pets medical bills. Last most of you on here with your negative reviews because of price should actually do some research and compare prices.

The staff at South Bark Grooming was wonderful with our pups and even sent us pics with our pups posing at the Christmas tree. Our dogs were happy & clean when we picked them up.
