He arrived back from his trip a day early, but the owner could not get back to released my dad's dog due to car trouble. She promised she would meet him early the next day. My dad's dog, Sam, was left unattended for over 12 hours. When she arrived back at the facility, he was dead. She was sad about this, but my dad is still grieving Sam's life. Sam was a six-year-old goldendoodle in the prime of his life. An autopsy was done on Sam's body. Findings are sketchy because the owner had taken Sam to be frozen until arrangements could be made. It feels a little bit like tracks were recovered... But we will never know. The working theory is that Sam choked on his food. Well that may be, he never did for the six years he was alive. In addition, had someone been there to release Sam the night before my dad would have been there to help remove the choking obstacle. The owner promised that she would file a claim on her insurance and provide restitution to my father. We agreed to let any further suit go in light of this. When repeated attempts to contact her failed, we realized that she was a nefarious individual at best. Beware of taking your babies to this place. Shame on you South Bark!

I called in and was put on hold for 10 minutes for a lady to quote me what it would cost to spayed my dog under 25 lbs. After taking all of my information and putting me on hold for 10 minutes, I was quoted $320-$420 plus the exam and blood test prior to the surgery. When I got there and went through everything and paid for the blood test and everything then I was quoted $800-$1200 on a piece of paper stating that they had made large Erin quoting me over the phone and that they had should not have done so. Hence, then who did the young lady go and speak after putting me on hold for 10 minutes to get this quote after taking all of my information. most business that is called bait and switch just to get someone in the door and take their nonrefundable deposit for an which is absolutely absurd I paid for a deposit for an appointment that was absolutely 100% misleading just to get someone in the door. either one of two things, ignorance, and very poor communication and poorly ran business or pure and simple bait and switch. I have a hard time believing that they would hire somebody so unintelligent and so misleading to quote something so wrong. I would not take your animal here, pure, and simply due to misleading and very overpriced procedures to the rest of the . Again, one star. The people were very nice.
