At our first visit with fancy pup the owner quickly asked to hold my puppy to establish a relationship and comfort with our puppy. When I returned he was completely calm, happy, and looking handsome. I also enlisted in a training class where Misael came to our home and immediately stepped foot and began his lesson with basic instructions on how to keep our puppy from darting out the door. We were immediately wowed on how easy our puppy took to instruction not only by him but by us as we re-enacted his instruction. The hour training class had us completely impressed and educated on how to establish boundaries and routine with our energetic pup. We definitely recommend their services to all looking for people who truly care about the well being of your fur baby!!

She was also noticeably uncomfortable afterward and wanted to stay alone on her bed, which is very unlike her. I understand that grooming can sometimes cause minor irritation, but the amount and location of the irritation I found afterward was concerning. I expected my dog to be handled with care and to leave the salon comfortable and safe. I would strongly recommend that the salon be more careful with their grooming techniques and pay closer attention to the condition of a pet's skin during and after the service. This was at the Montwood location.

At RGODG, the same dog went to Good Manners Class and learned to sit, stay, go down, stand, leave it, and heel. We were given handouts so I understood the "why" of what I was asking of my dog and both of us came out of there with different attitudes! Deb is the best trainer you could ever ask for and I will definitely take any future dogs I own to RGODG! My Heeler is now a joy to live with!
