    I took my dog to their Pet Hotel for one night to start with. I took his dry food and wet food I had another dog that was being treated at CSU and needed recovery time. Everyone was super nice. His stay extended to 3 nights. I took enough wet/ dry dog food for two meals everyday The extremely disappointing and unacceptable happened when I picked my dog up. The lady went to get my dog and his blanket and toys. What she brought back along with his toys was his first nights dinner of chicken breast that was never given. I asked why because that was half his dinner and she goes I don't know let me get someone. The woman that came back was totally unbelievably horrible. I asked what happened why he wasn't given his food. She goes must have been over looked. I asked did he get everything thing else. Yes. Then I asked was it refrigerated the whole time?She goes yes. I pick it up then it is room temp and about all blown up like setting out at room temp. She lied. Now I just got home and unpacked toys and found his dry dog food. They missed one whole meal. I would not recommend this place at all

    I came in to pickup some dental chews and get a name tag for my dog. Didn't have a problem finding things as aisles are clearly marked. There was a friendly store attendant who came by with a treat for my doggie. There is a machine to customize your name tag with an laser engraving of your choice. There's a video showing you how to insert the tag into the machine. Takes at least 10 minutes but count on at least 15 if the person in front of you is a slow reader :) Make sure you keep your receipt - you'll need a code from the receipt to initiate your tag engraving. Noteworthy are the grooming products. Just when you think the company CHI has products just for you, they have now decided your pets need them too! (The first time he met our pet, a month earlier, he hung out with her and us for a good while before starting the exam, so all of us felt at ease and calm and welcome.) Dr. Arnold is wonderful. What I appreciate most about the Fort Collins office that we visited in May is the knowledgeable, responsive staff who make time for both urgent and non-urgent consultations. Grateful to have found Dr. Arnold and Raintree through friends. Highly recommende.

Everytime I call anymore, it's a struggle to get what I'm requesting. Copy of chart notes so I can submit a claim to insurance? Took 4 calls & having to lay it out as simple as I can "I need the notes that the Dr wrote after he saw my dog today. I do NOT need a receipt." Trying to get meds? Half the time I'm told they can't order that medication for me. The other half... they call in meds to a compounding pharmacy since my dog is small. BUT THEY DON'T HAVE IT COMPOUNDED?? I had to tell the same staff member 3 times that yes, i did, in fact want the medication compounded. And then I get a follow up text "just to confirm, you do want this to be compounded?" Last weekend was my breaking point. I took my dog in for a quick blood draw. I was there for an hour. They never drew blood. There were animals in and out. Both for tech appointments and to see the Dr. My dog sat in the back the entire time while I sat in the lobby. I asked several times if it was going to be much longer. After 45 minutes I did tell the manager to please just give me my dog. That took yet another 15 minutes to get my dog & pick up medication. I'm disappointed, because I felt like the vets gave my pets top notch care. But if I can't trust the rest of the staff and constantly deal with frustration anytime I contact them - I can't do it. I am waiting for my dogs records - which has yet again been a struggle.

    I was a client at South Mesa Veterinary Hospital for over six years, initially choosing the…read morepractice based on strong recommendations for customer service and transparency. During my time there, we cycled through three different veterinarians. Because one of my dogs is very anxious and temperamental, consistency in care was especially important to me, and the frequent changes made visits increasingly difficult for him. Over time, particularly with the most recent veterinarian, I noticed a decline in communication and overall customer service. Interactions felt more blunt and impersonal, and the level of support I had previously experienced diminished. I have always requested cost estimates prior to appointments, understanding they are subject to change, but during my final months I requested an estimate that I never received, despite being told it was sent. This was unusual, as I had never had issues receiving their emails before. During one visit, my dog was quicked during a nail trim, resulting in bleeding, and I was bitten while trying to manage the situation, an incident that had never occurred before or since. At my final scheduled appointment, the cost for the same service had more than doubled within a few months, without explanation or prior notice. As a result, I chose to leave without being seen. Overall, I experienced a noticeable decline in attentiveness, communication, and customer care, and ultimately decided to take my pets elsewhere before further issues arose.
