This location of Petsmart is well stocked and has friendly, helpful staff. We have not used the grooming center here, so I can't speak to it. We have never had a complaint about being able to find an item, and the staff is eager to engage both customers and pets. read more

Went to buy a Betta fish for my son..After walking around aimlessly for about 20 mins, I was approached and helped. The guy in the fish section was extremely helpful at finding me the best deal on a tank and other necessities. However, after much research, I don't agree with him that its fine to keep a betta fish in a tiny bowl without a heater and filter. Anyway, he was still an awesome help. The woman at the register, however, was a huge crab. I get that you're stressed out and having a bad day, but sheesh! Be kind about taking my $ and say " thanks" at least.. There was a sale going on (spend $35, get $5 coupon). I never received a coupon, and when I called about it, I was told it was a "corporate thing" and basically that I was SOL by a very rude guy named Shawn. At one point, when I was asking a question, he yelled over me..Not cool! Disappointed at the overall rudeness. Hopefully just a down day for all of those guys... read more

Horrible grooming service! This store has the worst grooming techs.It appears they are no longer taking their time when grooming our loving pets. I've been coming to this store for the past 5.5 months. The last 2x i've taken my puppy to get groomed i noticed there were bald patches because the tech wasn't careful when using the clippers. Also there has been a couple of times where the tech literately cut my dog. I will not be bringing my puppy back to this store.. People please make sure you fully check out your dog before leaving the store... read more

Hands down the worst. Asked them to trim the hair around my terrier's feet bc pine straw gets stuck in it. They completely ignored that, didn't even touch that hair. Told them his nails had been clipped the week before at the vet and didn't need to be clipped, they completely ignored that and clipped them again. Still had mats in the fur, even after they gave him a bath and haircut. Worst haircut I've ever seen on a dog. Complete waste of money. Will not go back read more

I don't know why anyone would ever write a bad review about showing up when a store isn't open and complaining about the fact that they weren't let in? That seems pretty ridiculous to me, but anyway. I recently adopted a pup from GBHS and have needed to make many, many trips to this store. Each time in has been a great experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products--maybe a little too knowledgeable about some of the services and "add-ons" that they try to sell but they don't go so far as to be pushy so credit them with that. I'm sure many customers find a lot of value in the additional items they push so I can't hold that against them. They carry a full line of everything you would ever need including several options for each item. I have my dog on a grain free diet and they have a great selection of different types of treats and food that allow me to try different things with my pup. The trainers and staff are always willing to spend time discussing any needs or concerns you might have and they are ALL big pet people obviously so they "get" it when you have questions about things that would seem really random to a "normal" person. read more

I was super disappointed and upset by my grooming session today.. when I went in the young girl at the desk looked apathetic at best and like I was getting on her nerves for talking to my dog like any goofy person would be dropping of her anxious puppy. He does not get haircuts often and I knew he hated having his nails ground, but it was time. They were becoming talons. After halfway listening through our check in process ( where my vaccinations hadn't been transferred from an account with an ex so that was fun, even though I called ahead so I could avoid all that) the next customer came in. He was greeted as regular as a scene from Cheers with hellos all around, they immediately dropped what they were doing, I should have left the second it crossed my mind. I picked his fur length and was promised a call. After 4 hours (the recommended time on the website) I decided to check my email. My puppy had been ready to pick up 2 hours earlier. When I went in I asked if someone called and they claimed I had requested to receive a message. Not only did I not get asked the question but I never received a text or call. The technician I requested was not the one who did the grooming session. His fur was a full number shorter than I requested, and his nails were splitting. One paw he wouldn't let them touch (which I don't blame them. I knew it was a challenge). At this point there is no direction as to who I pay, my dog looks terrified, and I could have gotten him up two and half hour earlier to be home for the Sunday cuddles. I asked to speak to a manager and after several minutes the woman on duty listened to what had happened. She gave me a discount but only out of some guarantee they have. I told her I didn't want it, just wanted to let her know what the situation was and to hope it doesn't happen again. She insisted anyway and I paid and left. Not gonna lie. I drove across town, found a nail grinder, and once we got home had no trouble grinding his nails on my own.. I'm so sorry to say I won't be able to return to this location. read more

Seriously wish I could select zero stars. This store has a good selection of inventory but let me give you a head's up....BEWARE OF THEIR GROOMING FACILITY AND THEIR VETERINARY SERVICES! They could care less about your pet! They are there to work their hours and out the door. The vet repeatedly gave contradictory information! Finally, snatched my pet up and took him to a REAL vet! Petsmart vet totally off w/diagnosis and "Dear Santa..." You would not believe what they wanted to charge me. The vet that helped my pet about fell out of his chair! Also, the grooming facility shaved the nipples off of my pup! He was in such pain (yes, a male pup also has nipples)! I called and asked them about this and they became very rude and hostile. Just FYI, I have waited 2+ months to write this review so I would be certain that the Petsmart vet diagnosis was incorrect and the vet I took him to was correct! I have been taking my dog Dior to Pet Smart for a little over a year and a half. So my mother dropped him off for his grooming appointment on Sunday 02/05/17 and I picked him up... My mom warned me that the employees there seemed to have an attitude and weren't friendly. So as I approached the grooming salon and told the receptionist that I was there to pick up Dior. Keep in mind I wasn't greeted upon entrance. Another employee went to the back and got Dior for me. She just handed him off to me while the receptionist gave me his pawgress report, etc. No one said anything to me period. They did not acknowledge how his grooming went and so on and so far. They weren't friendly and none of them wore smiles. Dior's hair cut is horrible. His coat isn't evenly cut and he has several gashes among his face and head area where you can see the pink of his skin. I am very dissatisfied with his grooming and PetSmart customer service... It clear that they have a completely new staff but they better get rid of them if the want to have a business... Any referrals on where I should take my dog for his next hair cut? BTW he's a shorkie , all white with tan ears. read more
