    Purchased this cute little beta.
    Amy S.

Came here to purchase a Beta fish and they did have a nice selection of them. We found one we loved and purchased him. We also purchased a little figure for his bowl. Purchased his glass bowl from Walmart for $4 because here at PetSmart they wanted $16 for a small plastic bowl. WTF? LOL Also purchased his food at Walmart because it was cheaper there. As for the store, it's an older one. It's not as bright as most stores and it could definitely use a good deep cleaning, As someone else said in a review, it's very dingy here. There was nothing inviting about the place that made me want to stay and look around, which I generally tend to do in pet stores. They also need to hire some more employees. We saw one employee in the whole store and he was at the cash register. The line to check out was extremely long too. Good thing we didn't need any assistance while we were shopping because we never would have found anyone. In the future, if I have another option to shop at a different pet store I definitely will. I cannot see myself returning to this particular PetSmart.

    This product sucks
    Terre L.

I had my dog groomed here and the groomer recommended a new kind of flea collar that is sold at the store and said that if it didn't work that I could return it. After a week of use, my dog still has live fleas. I went to return it to get my $60 back. But the manager of the store said it could not be returned because it had been opened. First of all how else was I supposed to know if it worked or not? I'm very disappointed that Petsmart does not stand behind the crappy products they sell. They told me I must contact the manufacturer to try to get a refund. Made in Germany. The product is called Seresto made by Bayer.

Shaved to the bridge and did not remove tear stains.

The trainer, Jenna, has been amazing; knowledgeable, interpersonal, and amazing with our pup. Jenna really goes out of her way to learn about the pet owners and the struggles they may be facing and gives them tips and tricks to help overcome. My husband and I adopted Layla, a 1 yr old Pomeranian and Blue Lacy mix. After a month of trying to train her on our own, realized we needed perfessional help. It paid out in a big way! We did the 10 day board and train. Our pup needed guidance, boundaries, and leadership, with Sit Means Sit we have been able to give that to her. Added background: We brought Layla to a consultation at Sit Means Sit, she saw a trainer's dog showcase her leashless awesomeness and Layla FULLY LOST IT; Barking, pacing, acting in an aggressive way. We've never seen that with Layla... after 10 days of board and train, that same dog crossed our paths and Layla was cool as a cucumber!!! Talk about growth and confidence!!! Even more so in a room full of med- large dogs (which Layla use to bark at) she was super calm and keeps her focus on us, her owners! Thank you Sit Means Sit! SMS leaders: Thank you So MUCH for the kind words on Layla, it was so nice to see she touched y'alls' hearts as she does ours! Thanks for taking care of her!

Therese has taught me how to take control of him using positive methods. We now walk weekly through busy parks and farmers markets with many other dogs and he is a perfect gentleman. I did try to work with another popular training group in the area but I didn't feel that I was getting much individual attention. At dogs unlimited, the classes are small and the trainers work with you and your dog to fix you and your dogs individual quirks. The shop is very clean and a perfect size. It offers air conditioning for those hot days. Both trainers are extremely knowledgable and offer plenty of individual attention to myself and my dog. I have purchased their private lessons for my dog, beginner class, and intermediate class. I am shocked at how well my giant doberman has responded to their methods. I , too have learned so much from Dogs Unlimited. I am grateful to them for everything.

That's when I found Natural Instincts on a Google search and decided to give it a shot. I signed up for the agility classes. For 99$ you can attend agility class either Saturday or Sunday morning for 6 sessions. The sessions expire within 12 weeks so when Pepper had to take a break because she got spayed, it was absolutely no issue. The majority of the class is focused on doing the agility course, but they also practice other things such as proper leash walking. The owner runs the class but there are always atleast 2-3 other trainers around to help. Pepper loves agility! She is a couch potato at heart but when she's at agility class she is always having a blast running and just being around dogs. A lot of obedience classes and dog day cares unfortunately discriminate against pitbulls but at Natural Instincts they are extremely bully friendly. Oh and they always have someone with a professional camera taking amazing pics of you & your dog. It's definitely nice having all these wonderful pictures of my dog (it's not like my camera isn't already full of pics of her). I have one week left from this 6 week package but I'll definitely purchase a new 6 week pass next class.

I knew that this transition was new to her as well as to us, and I needed help. I didn't just want anyone to help us with this new transition from being a show dog to a loving, obedient, well-trained dog that we can enjoy inside our home and outside of our home. After doing thorough research, we located Elite Professional Dog Training LLC 5001 North Ronald Reagan Blvd Sanford , Florida 32773. We met with the trainer, Laurent Gabriel, and Josh. We watched the interactions with our fur baby, Ms. Hunnie, and they not only won her over but us as well. We decided on the Boot Camp 4-6 weeks, which meant she had to stay. But I will let you know that was very hard as well; however, the staff kept us updated with an update regularly. They even put up with me calling every single day until I became more comfortable. They also sent videos and pictures of her progress regularly. I know this was a long review, but if you love your fur baby as I do, give them the extra love they need to be happy. Warning Fancy Pets Groomer Injured Cat…read more I took my cat (Bagheera M1y) to the grooming salon Fancy Pets Grooming Boarding & Day Care located at Regal Center 870 S Sun Drive Suite 1042 Lake Mary FL 32746 on Friday evening at 4.30 PM for a bath. When I picked him up, I asked them if everything went well and they did not report anything to me. I paid the bill and a decent tip and got him home that's when I noticed his energy was down & he was hobbling . Upon closer inspection I noticed almost all nails on his hindlegs were bleeding (pics below). He was also shedding whiskers. I stopped the flow and rushed him to the urgent vet immediately who examined him. She confirmed that the nails were cut badly and one of them was splintered. She also mentioned that he shed whiskers because of the stress/trauma he went through at the salon. He was administered 2 shots for antibiotics and anti inflammatory and given 3 day dosage at home. He is currently in a collar for a week until all injuries are healed and currently not eating very well. It is heartbreaking to watch him hurt and in pain. I called the business on Saturday morning to explain the situation. Instead of offering a courtesy of empathy, one of the owners Manny Santiago denied that any such thing could have taken place. He refused to believe the mountain of evidence I emailed him along with the vet bills, medicines and nail pictures etc. The owner has not bothered to call me inspite of my repeated requests. They refused to re-imburse the vet expenses or their own grooming fees and have ghosted me. Do NOT use this business as they are extremely unprofessional and also do not care about the animals more than their bottom line. I hope no other fur baby or pet parent goes through this.
