    After spa day!

Tiffany groomed my dog and I was so pleased. Here in Florida visiting family I needed to squeeze in a grooming for my Shih-poo. Tiffany was fantastic!! She explained what she'd be doing, how long it should take and reassured me that he'd be well taken care of. I'd HIGHLY recommend Tiffany if you live in Largo or even visiting with your fur baby!

As always, nick was very helpful. He was an excellent addition to the staff. part of the reason we go there. It's because we know we can count on him for any questions or suggestions.

Its April 28th. This picture purrrrrretty much sums up this store...in desperate need of updating.

I have to say, this location is hit and miss. Sometimes I encounter polite, friendy and helpful staff. Then the next time, not so much. My primary residence is in another state. But I'm in Florida every 3 months, for several weeks, and often have my disabled Persian with me or even a foster kitten. While I typically bring all their supplies with me, sometimes I need something for them or even for my grandparents dogs. It's really frustrating how many times I've wandered and wandered the store, unable to get help. One of the most helpful people I've encountered there was actually a rep with Blue Buffalo. That's kind of sad. My biggest complaint and issue with this store is how out of date it is. Especially their feline adoption center. It looks absolutely pitiful, with the tiny, shabby and cramped looking cages. Working in animal welfare, with cats specifically, I can testify that this set up is not in the cats best interests and is sure to enduce high stress in an already stressful environment. There is absolutely no place for the cats to hide and soothe themselves and the tiny enclosures causes food, water and litter to all be on top of each other. There also appears to be next to no ventilation. It's truly a breeding grounds for Upper Respiratory Infections. I expect better from companies who advocate for animal care and health.

Typical chain store....some overpriced and some moderately price low quality items. Independent pet stores are better, but much pricier too.

Not impressed. Always out of my dogs food & couldn't find an employee that really knows anything about pets. Not worth the drive

I was visiting from out of town and needed to get three very furry maltipoos groomed. I have used…read moremobile grooming in the past and was much more comfortable knowing that I was literally steps away if needed. In addition, the prices were very much comparable or better than most of the brick and mortar grooming establishments that I had contacted. I contacted Tammy and found her to be responsive, friendly, and she made it super easy to book. I have one 'special needs' boy who needs to be cut standing, which can be a chore. Tammy had no problem with that. She is a former veterianrian techinician and that was extra peace of mind for me. On the day of the appointment, she sent me a text to let me know she was on her way. She arrived on time and was able to pull her truck and grooming trailer right in front of the house. The trailer is self-contained and very clean. She ensured that she understood the type of cut I wanted and then greeted my dogs. They were very comfortable with her immediately and climbed right into the grooming trailer without hesitation. I was extremely pleased with the cuts. Tammy also gave me some great nutrition and care advice on an issue that no one else seems to be able to pinpoint. Her advice has really helped. I really appreciated the extra care and concern in addition to the fantastic grooming. The cute bows and bandanas were a super nice touch. If you are in the market for mobile grooming, I absolutely recommend that you give Pet Grooming On The Go a shot.

What can I say about this place. They are absolutely AMAZING!!!! I've been going through some…read morepersonal issues and they were there for me and my doggie. Due to my job I have to work 12 hours a day and can't leave him home. They are so understanding and accommodating where I can drop him off early before opening and pick him up right after closing. The staff is wonderful, I see the live feed and they play with all the dogs hug them, give them pets and attention. They give my pup breaks when he needs them. They know what the dogs need and so intuitive. The place is clean and never smells like animals. On the live feed you see the employees clean up right away when the dog pees or poops. The staff is so friendly and look like they're happy working there. They truly care about the dogs and owners well being. I wouldn't trade them for the world. Amazing job. Oh and by the way they have a splash pad for the doggies who love water!! They have big dog and small dog play areas. Each have an inside and an outside and the dogs can come and go in and out when they want. The prices are super reasonable and great value packages. I can't recommend them enough. Anyone working super early or super late and need a daycare or boarding this is the place. A lot of my coworkers bring their pets here.

These are just a few of the stories about dogs being mistreated at Bay Paws. LINK:…read more https://www.change.org/p/bay-paws-pet-resort-address-concerns-about-pet-care-management-practices This place along with the other ones in the Tampa area are owned by an attorney. She knows the law in Florida is that a pet is considered chattel, worth no more than a piece of furniture at"fair market value" and she is immune to the types of lawsuits that would occur from an injury to a human. She is profit oriented only, having received a call from her social media director? Really? How about NOT abusing animals and spending $$$ for TRAINED adequate staff (who aren't talking to each other or on their cells instead of monitoring the activities of the dogs under their care), and NOT covering up your history with a media director! How about providing ALL who board with you the name and contact for your insurance company, I have NOTHING to say to your "media director". If you board your pet you can check on them - focus on what staff is doing and not doing. My dog was there last August and was attacked. THEY took him to Blue Pearl Hospital where he was diagnosed with a fracture in addition to wounds, having been bitten by another dog. I spent 8 weeks sleeping on the floor with him recovering as they could not cast him. While Bay Paws covered the initial hospital bill, there was ZERO reimbursement for the follow-up care. To this day they refuse to report it to animal control OR tell me what kind and who owned the dog who bit Scout so I can file a report as THAT is the LAW. I was stupid enough (before reading the article linked above) to board him there in October for a few weeks while out of town. THEY again had to take him to Blue Pearl after his "enrichment" session outdoors, "something neurological is wrong". What was WRONG is he was ABUSED. He was referred to a neurologist who is still treating him. His MRI shows he is injured for life having spinal fluid impinging on his spinal cord over multiple vertebra. Surgery is risky so we continue to monitor him on medications. I have spent THOUSANDS and the law places no responsibility on this attorney/owner for Scout's or my pain and suffering. Morgan & Morgan can't sue her because there is no financial incentive for them and his now livelong treatment is obviously unknown. What's worse is he is more than a "piece of furniture" to me and he is my ADA service animal as well. The attached photos are his bleeding wound from being attacked in August 2025 at Bay Paws and his visit at Blue Pearl for the spinal injury after being abused during "enrichment" at Bay Paws. Unforgivable neglect and abuse. The linked petition refers to the "decision makers" as the animal control entities in counties where she does business, if you care about pets PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE join and sign. These places need to be SHUT DOWN before another dog is abused at this attorney's establishments. SHE is the one who should be arrested and held for animal abuse, NOT her staff.
