I have never had a bad experience at this location. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Specifically for grooming -- I have been taking my shih tzu mix here for years and am and I'm always comfortable taking here. She gets terrified coming in every time, but I think it's from all the smells from so many other pets. But picking her up she always looks great and is a happy pup. The gals here grooming are the sweetest and do an amazing job! Jen is our usual groomer and we LOVE her; sometimes we switch it up just because of scheduling though and seriously they're all great. I think they all deserve a lot more credit for what they do, especially in such a busy location! read more

Very helpful staff at this particular location, alongside a great number of services offered to customers. Everything from grooming to training and adoptions are handled on-site, and they carry Blue Buffalo - only food worth giving my doggies. I'm enjoy coming in, usually monthly, and recommend to anyone in the area with pets to frequent this particular location. One of the better PetSmart establishments I've ever been to. read more

On 10/16/15 we had to take our very sick dog to the Vetrinary Emergency Group in White Plains, NY. They were fabulous and suggested that we pick up "doggy pampers" on our way home. Unfortunately we picked up the wrong product and we did not realize until we got back home. At 8:53pm I realized I had to rush out to PetSmart, which was set to close at 9:00pm - there was no way I would make it in time. On the verge of tears (it had been a very long day) I called PetSmart. Craig, the associate who answered the phone, was very nice and quickly put me on the phone with the manager, Laurie. I explained the situation to Laurie and before I coud even ask if they could accommodate me (and my dog) by staying open as many as ten minutes late, she offered to check the shelves to make sure they had my dog's size. She came back to the phone and said that they had the right size and she would hold them for me. I asked if they would be able to stay open a bit later for me as it would take me at least ten minutes to get to there and she said "of course." After spending a number of days, and the evening taking care of a sick dog it really made my night, and the dog's night, much less unplesant when I was able to get the right doggy pampers for her. Me and my sister came here to buy a hamster, but we had to wait 25 minutes just to get someone to help us. A kind guy named Matthew helped us out which made it better. I would have rated one star if he didn't come by. He deserves a raise, we need more employees like him read more

I was a long standing customer until Michael in grooming disrespected me. I took my bichon for a regular groom and it turned out to be an attack from Michael, one of their groomers. He insisted my bichon had to be completely shaved down because he felt one matte (which I borrowed their comb and took out). He was shouting at me, cutting me off and belittling me because I didn't speak "groomer" language. I still decided to leave my pet because as I said I've been a long standing customer with them and never experienced this before, plus my bichon really needed the groom. It was agreed that they would call me if they ran across any more matts before shaving him down. That certainly did not happen, I received a call 2 hours later that he was ready for pick up. I showed up and my bichon was completely shaved down...so much so that I didn't recognize him. Not only was I completely disrespected, but my pet was shaved because they overbooked during covid and refused to do their job. Plus they wanted to charge me for dematting....wow read more

Went here to purchase a specialty kidney health cat food for my mother's elderly cat. While they stocked it at a reasonable price, when I finally got through the line to pay, they would not let me purchase it despite having the prescription from her vet. They told me that the only way they would sell me this specialty diet would be if I brought Mom's cat in to see their in-house vet, and obtained some special number from them! No sign on the food rack indicating this, and Mom's vet was astounded by this when she told them! I had purchased purchased hundreds of dollars a year with them, but will now be taking my business elsewhere read more

The grooming dept is absolutely awful they are so nasty and so unprofessional I would never bring my dog to that place again Tara one of the workers in the grooming department is so nasty and so unprofessional she should not be dealing with our little love ones and be fired.....I highly suggest to not bring your animal to that place.... I have spent thousands of dollars in that store and will never shop there again... nor will anybody I know!!!!!!! read more

Very bad I know. I saw many dead fish in their tanks. Seven times. Don't came there, but their are cool fish.I still don't like it

My dog was groomed here a few years ago, and they did a nice job. Since then, my dog has had reactions to vaccines, and does not receive the rabies vaccine unless absolutely necessary. He is titered every year to make sure his antibody levels are within the protected zone, and these titer levels are printed out and given to me by my vet. These titer tests are accepted by kennels, vets, and any dog sport your dog may be involved in that requires a rabies vaccination. The people at PetSmart need to educate themselves on vaccination reactions and titer testing. Being that they are a couple of footsteps from Banfield Vet (located within PetSmart), it is truly astonishing that they have no clue about these procedures. read more

A group of staff members helped me put together 4 cat carriers today because I was in such a rush and when I found out that I needed to put the carriers together I needed to return them. I think cindy w. Has this place all wrong! I've brought my Belle to several different grooming shops before comming to petsmart, and i have never see her enjoy a place more! Not only was my dog comfortable and happy, but she looked great, smelled wonderful, and the price was unbeatable. The ladies in the salon are lovely and professional, and love my Belle to pieces and give her the love and attention that keeps me comming back again and again. read more

Great Pet store..they carry everything you could possibly need for your pet. employees are very helpful if you cannot find something.

Shopping for products there is fine, but don't bring you pet in for grooming unless you have a half hour too kill to even drop your dog off. There is no receptionist in the grooming department so you have to wait for your specific groomer to be available to take your dog. All the appointments are schedule at the same time, so you are usually waiting behind 6 people all showing up with their stressed out dogs at the same time....and then there the groomers who don't show up for work on time and you have to wait for them to arrive before you can drop your stressed off dog. In my most recent experience, I waiting 45 minutes to be told that they didn't see my appointment schedule and they have a new computer system that maybe messed it up, but if you stick around for tan unknown amount of time maybe some other groomer can take your dog, or maybe not. Bad way to run a business. Oh and forget about calling the grooming department because there is no receptionist, so if everyone is working on an animal, nobody answers the phone. read more
