We talked about my dog being 16 years old and she was very reassuring about how she would take care of her in the grooming. I got here today (to Kingston) and when I got on the phone to figure out how to get in they told me they didn't have me on the schedule and would never schedule a grooming with a 16year old dog. thanks a bunch!
