My dogs always receive fantastic care at Hidden Paradise and are excited to get out of the car every time we show up! They are also always well-fed, happy and clean when I pick them up. This is more than I can say for many facilities I have used in the past. I really appreciate that Hidden Paradise is willing to kennel my dogs together for companionship while only allowing my larger dog to join in the outdoor social play time. My little guy is under 4 pounds and would be frightened by the rambunctious play of the large group. Housing them together but only including one of them in activities adds additional work and coordination for the staff but they have always been careful to honor my request. This shows me that they care about the safety and individuality of my pets. Curt is also willing to accommodate my unpredictable schedule regarding pick up & drop off. I about an hour I get a call from the vet That my dog had a large amount of marijuana in his system. They kept him on IV fluid for 6+ hours before he was back to himself. After a $900 vet bill and $3750 for training. Company offered $450 towards the vet bill, which is completely unacceptable. The dog was in their care and I'm lucky he's still alive. DO NOT USE!

However, it has been four months now and we still can't get anyone to come out for the in-person training packages ($359.99) At first their trainer "suffered a serious injury" but they didn't reach out to tell us this; we had to contact them for the update. They said they would call us when they had someone that could come out. Month later, we have to contact them since no one contacted us, but still no in-person training session. Recently, they offered to do a "Zoom Session" because the trainer was "too scared to come in person", but we didn't pay for a "Zoom Session". We paid for In-Person sessions so we could learn how to best train our dog (Maltese-poodle, very scary). We've tried to call about it and at this point we just want our $359.99 back that we paid for the in-person sessions since we didn't receive the service and at this point we're going to look somewhere else. If all you want is online training, I guess these guys are okay, but I'm sure we could have found the information elsewhere online without having to pay for it. Buyer-Beware if you're looking for someone to do an in-person session or for them to follow up with their customers. Today, we were on the phone for 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer.
