A Truly Exceptional and Compassionate Pet Care Experience I cannot say enough wonderful things about PetSuites in Olive Branch!!! A few weeks ago, we adopted our sweet Great Pyrenees, Keeper, from an animal shelter. She had been through so much in her young life--neglect, abuse, she was covered in ticks, fleas and severe matting that made her grooming a major challenge. Despite an already busy Saturday, the amazing team at PetSuites made time to squeeze her in for an emergency groom. It was a long process, taking hours due to the severity of her condition, but they handled it with such patience, compassion, and care. They communicated with us every step of the way, ensuring we were comfortable with each decision they made, and it was clear they were as invested in Keeper's well-being as we were. Their kindness didn't stop there. Our other Great Pyrenees, Awesome, has attended their puppy daycare several times, and every single time we walk in, they greet him (and us!) by name. They remember his personality, ask about him, and truly treat us like family. There is no better feeling than knowing your pets are in the hands of people who genuinely love and care for them. To the manager who responded - Please clarify the following: 1. The misrepresentation of a customer by stating the manager has made several attempts to contact. To date, there has not been a single attempt to the number I saw the team write down, repeat to make sure it was correct and place on the manager desk. My contact was left specifically to reach me, NOT call my husband and assume we are always able to connect. 2. To date, I have not been updated the specific acts. I do not assume my dog didn't present with fear. But as both my husband and I clarified with the team - this dog was a rescue and was previously abused. However, he does NOT go after anyone out of the blue. We specifically spoke with team who understood and we were able to find a good alternative to not trigger. How the manager in less than 5 min was able to not listen, and conclude our dog is not safe. Amazing. Side note - we've worked with world renowned dog handlers who do understand the differences in aggressive, attacking and fear. **Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend** I recently dropped my dog off at Petsuites for a 6-day stay while my family and I went on a cruise. I took the time to carefully separate my dog's food into individual bags and even wrote clear feeding instructions on each bag. I made sure to explain everything to the woman at the counter when I dropped my dog off. However, what followed was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. On day 3 of my trip, I started receiving texts from Petsuites telling me my dog was having bad diarrhea and that they wanted to give him some medicine. I authorized the medication, thinking that they were taking care of him. Then, on day 4, I received another text telling me that they had *run out of food*. If they had followed the feeding instructions I provided, this should never have happened. When I called, the woman on the phone was incredibly dismissive. She gave me excuse after excuse: from the girl at the front counter being new to claiming that they don't always follow bag instructions because some people reuse the bags. I made it clear that I had just written those instructions for this specific stay, but she seemed uninterested in my concerns. I got frustrated and asked to speak to a higher-up. Someone else called me, and while they did offer me their email address, the situation didn't improve. My husband also spoke to them and made it clear that we wanted a full refundand that we would not be bringing our dog back. Instead of addressing our concerns, they gave us a discount on the food and told us not to bring our dog back--completely disregarding our request. On top of that, they had the nerve to mention that they didn't like the way I had spoken to them. This was an appalling level of customer service. Imagine if you left your baby at daycare, they get sick because of the caregiver's negligence, and the response is a shrug of the shoulders as if it's not their fault. It's incredibly frustrating and infuriating, especially when you're trusting someone with your pet's care. Luckily, my credit card company is issuing a refund, but for anyone considering Petsuites, I would strongly advise you to think twice. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any establishment, and I would hate for anyone else to go through the same. There are plenty of other kennels and pet care options out there, so choose wisely. Petsuites was a huge disappointment and I will not be returning. read more

I vociferously, enthusiastically, extremely recommended this place for as needed daycare! I was visiting Memphis for tourism reasons, and while most of our itinerary was dog friendly, it was a windy, chilly day that was perfect for museums and I had brought all my dog's vacc records intending to board for a day if needed. Well - they made it fast, and easy!! They had a system to evaluate her for her social skills, but I didn't need to wait around - they updated me by text message (great since I was driving and then in a museum) and we could check in via the cameras as soon as we left to see how she was doing. I come from a region where you need to be on a six month waitlist for dog daycare and need to have a daycare slot to even board at most places, so to be visiting (we stayed in Horn Lake) and just find a place that was as tidy and loving and clearly well oiled a machine as this place was a gift. It didn't hurt that they had a promotion of first stay free - a total surprise to us! The hours were also so great, early open and closing at 8! I so, so hope they come to our region too! read more

PetSuites Ghosted me on the text line plus Robin, Manager, did not come to the phone to discuss the issue. I got the extra shots for my dog required and was still turned away because the Vet's office did not write a reminder date on the Invoice. Shot was given on 5-2-2024 but apparently according to the PetSuites it could be expired by 5-10-2024 since the invoice did not have the reminder date. Poor Poor Customer Service! I really hope this business fails for you! read more

Where do I start?! First off the staff here at the olive branch location is amazing and has impeccable service. Always greeting my baby boy Marley when he enters the door from day one and very clean and professional. My baby boy runs to the door every morning when it's time to go to school and hates to leave. When he comes home, he's literally dog tired... No pun intended. Lol. Sarah, the manager there and her staff are amazing. They have no idea how much it means to me when they love on my little boy as much as they do. He is our savior dog from a previous dog we lost a year ago for 13 years. Thank you for making Marley's new second home amazing and loved. I would highly highly highly recommend this location and Petsuites hotel for any service. I have been to many daycares and I can tell you hands down....This is by far the best.
