If that is the last time the dogs get out, that is 15 hours which is way too long for an animal to hold their pee. I tried to contact them but was ignored. It's obvious they don't care about your animals here, and they are overpriced at that, but I was willing to pay more, but since they treat dogs like that, I won't be back.

They have many different size runs, from small to very large and they have clear plexiglass doors to let in light. But, I had to bring them back down there again to get redone which they only did Leo and not Bailey which I asked. Third time the were coming to my home which were suppose to be this past Wednesday and I received a text with a different time then what I were told. Before boarding, I specifically explained that my dog eats too quickly and will vomit if fed too much at once. I offered to provide his slow feeder and gave clear instructions that he should be fed slowly they refused and promised they would feed him slowly. Despite this, after watching the camera he was fed approximately 4 cups of food at one time in a regular bowl. This was the exact situation I was trying to prevent. I was also concerned about the amount of potty breaks he received. My understanding is that he was only taken outside about twice per day, which I do not feel is appropriate for a puppy of his age. Another concern was the way I was treated as a customer. I monitored the cameras because I wanted to ensure my puppy was being cared for properly. In videos that were sent to me of my puppy, I felt that I was being ridiculed and mocked for checking on his well-being. As a pet owner, I do not believe that caring about my dog's safety and treatment should be met with that kind of response. After learning about prior allegations involving the facility, these experiences raised additional concerns for me about the quality of care and professionalism provided. My review is based on my personal experience and concerns regarding my dog's treatment while in their care. Pet owners should ask detailed questions and make sure they are comfortable with a facility's practices before leaving their animals there.

They answered all my questions and I could tell they are well trained by the way they interacted with my dog. My dog is a rescue and I was worried about him being scared or not fitting in with the other dogs. When I picked him up he was so happy and wore out from playing with his new friends! My new puppy, Shiner, was not interested in being the ideal dog. She was full of energy and had difficulty in paying attention. I tried everything I could possibly think of to help motivate her into a functioning member of my household. I spent 10 minutes on the phone with Meridith Caver of The Polished Pooch and knew she would be able to help. Meridith Caver is amazing. After the first session, Shiner was able to sit. Meridith is great at explaining what Shiner worked on during the day and what we should do at home to help further her training. We have learned how to make Shiner a part of the family, not the master of the house. We still have work to do, and we know Meridith will be there to help us alone the way. Shiner is a different dog since she started puppy school with Meridith. In the mornings when Shiner has puppy school/day camp, she is excited and knows where she is going. When she sees Meridith and Debra, she gets so excited to go and play. I feel very comfortable allowing my Shiner to go to puppy school/day camp w/ The Polished Pooch. The staff cares about your baby, just like you do!
