I took all of my dogs here for the four years I lived in Memphis. After adopting my girl from MAS in 2020, I took her in as part of their free vaccine booster program for shelter/rescue dogs. I noticed that something was off with her, and mentioned it to the vet. She took my concerns seriously and ordered testing that day. My dog was diagnosed with blastomycosis, a terrible fungal pneumonia that doesn't often have a great prognosis. Because of the vet's quick thinking, she saved my dog and I will be forever grateful for that. She no longer works there, but all of their docs, techs, and front desk staff are extremely high quality people. Although it can sometimes be on the pricier side, it is worth it to me because they have several offices and I could often get in even on a weekend if I needed to. They always accommodate my pup's behavioral needs and treat her kindly (even when she's being a little testy). Even though we just moved out of the area, I will always recommend TPH to my Memphis friends. Thank you for everything!! read more

I took in a stray that my friends found while camping and brought her here to get her checked up. I really appreciated that they were helpful, talked to me about my concerns, and just took great care of this little pup! I was worried it would be somewhat costly to take care of her, but it was very inexpensive. Everyone was so nice and I appreciated everyone coming out to my car to talk me through everything so I knew what was happening and what else she needed for care! They have a great team and I would trust them with anything pet related. read more

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! My dog, Arthur, LOVES going to daycare there, and the staff treats him like he is one of their own. The whole staff is incredible, but the daycare staff, especially Anne, really make me feel good about dropping Arthur off with them. Anne is always happy to tell me about Arthur's day and I can tell that she really cares about her work and all of the dogs she looks after. We are new to Collierville area and this was first attempt at finding a groomer for our Golden Retriever. Getting an appointment was rather easy and next day service; however, I think that is because you drop off at 7am and they have all day to groom. It took almost 9 hours to shave him! Hes an older golden (12 years old) and he gets stressed out being caged so long. We will not be returning! read more

But the care that I had come to be accustomed to for my pet continues. My cat spent spring break at this location under Dr. Mangum's care. When I dropped him off he was in early kidney disease and thyroid disease, which was under control with medication. Unfortunately after being under her care for seven days, I picked him up in a grave state. Less than a week later I had to let my baby go. I got a second opinion on mon after seeing Dr. Murphy also on sat and was told that he had an abdominal mass. It was too late to save my baby but not too late for yours. These drs provide bare minimum care, so please get a second opinion before it's too late for yours. Especially if you have a cat, there are very qualified vets in the area. I've learned more in a few days from one than I ever did while at the pet hospital for years. read more

This place always takes such great care of my very active french bulldog. I've tried 3 other boarding facilities in the Memphis area and they don't even come close to the quality care of Pet Professionals. When your dog doesn't want to go home you know that he/she are getting the attention and love they deserve. read more

I wrote my original review 5 years ago, when it was Pet Care Professionals. Today I had the need for an emergency visit for my one remaining 15 year old dog. The new staff was terrific; they were so caring and gentle with us, and took such good care of the pooch. Fortunately, they were able to deliver some very good news about our old girl, and we were in and out quickly-they took notice of the fact that I needed to get to work, and they explained exactly what is going on with our dog so we could rest more easily. We saw Dr. Brown, and she was great. The front desk staff was also wonderful. I am happy to recommend this practice. read more
