I used to love this place but it seems corporate came in and got rid of all the amazing employees. These people treated us like we were family and now it seems they are running with a skeleton crew. We miss the old managers and employees. Sadly, we will be boarding elsewhere. read more

I was on a road trip to visit family, and needed a place for my pups to stay. I happened to see this place. I figured I would try it out. My pups and I entered PetSuites to check it out. They explained pricing and all services they offer. We decided to go for it. My babies had fun, because I went to pick them up and they didn't want to leave.. This is absolutely the worst place! This place plays so many games. Today was the final straw. We took my dog to daycare today for 5 hours which is supposed to be 22 dollars. My husband got there a few minutes before the 5 hours but the lady was on the phone for over 5 mins. When she checked my husband out she charged him 35 dollars because he was 5 mins over his time even though she was on the phone for over 5 mins while he waited right in front of her. This place originally told me daycare was 7 dollars for 5 hours then changed when I picked my dog up within the 5 hours to 22 dollars. Their workers can never tell you one thing then another worker will tell you something completely different when you pick up to pay more. They also told my friend they gave her dog medicine each day while she boarded them and when she picked him up, she saw the amount of pills were still the same. So many lies at this place. Take your dog here if you don't care about your dog. read more

I can't leave any stars for this facility. I took my two Havanese here for a 7 day stay.They normally stay at another location but they were on vacation during this time. At firstyou would think it was a great place.However it's a complete horror show. We paid for a suite with a television and camera that you can monitor your pets 24/7. We brought our dogs kennel for them to feel more comfortable sleeping in.We asked the staff to feed them in the kennel, that has a divider, with the door closed then let them out after because there can be some food arguments. We also asked them to lay out potty pad that we provided bc our dogs are pad and outdoor trained.First night they were locked in their kennel no access to the potty, or water.Then second night locked out of the kennel without food and had to sleep on their potty pad. Third, locked back in. So we called from our international trip. Explaining again what we wanted bc typing it out was not good enough. We also saw one of our dogs wasn't eating. We asked for them to put green beans in his food we provided.They told us they did. We noticed our dogs were brought in early one day from play both completely exhausted. Finally door was left open and had food. Kennel dirty. We pick the dogs up and they are acting so strange. Fatigued and when they get home one just begins snarfing food. He had lost three pounds while there. I unpack their bags and five days of food had not been give to him.They literally didn't feed my 11 pound dog.They both had upper respiratory infections they were so sick. We did get a refund back but bc of the dogs illness we had to cancel our next trip that was memorial weekend.The people who look after your dogs there are young, they don't care, clean, or take anything seriously.They sit on their phones during outdoor playtime when there is 35 dogs in a group. They lie to you.They never put green bean in my dogs food.I would advise against going to this facility. They almost killed one of my dogs. read more

I am really unhappy about the service we received. I came in to get my dog's nails trimmed. While there, I thought it would be nice to bathe my dog, so I purchased the bath package (which would soften her nails). I informed them that she is skittish and sensitive about trimming her nails, and they didn't think anything of it. After an hour, I received notice that she was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, the attendants didn't even know who my dog was or why I was there. Then I was informed that her nails weren't done. They said, "She growled a little at them." Then muzzle her and get it done. You train dogs, so you should be familiar with this behavior. When I have taken my dog to other places, they do just that without hesitation while working to desensitize her little by little. Seriously unhappy about this and probably won't be returning. read more
