Documented History of Fatalities: Potential customers must be aware that this facility has a publicly documented history that includes the deaths of two dogs in their care. On a previous visit, I asked a staff member about these incidents, and he had no idea what I was talking about. The fact that front-line staff are not trained on the facility's most catastrophic failures shows a shocking lack of commitment to safety and learning from past mistakes. This context is critical for understanding what happened to my dog. Unacceptable Communication Delays: Staff notified me of the attack at 11:32 AM. I did not hear from the general manager until 3:28 PM. A four-hour delay for a serious safety issue that demonstrates an alarming lack of urgency. No Transparency: I asked to review the security footage to understand what happened. My request was denied multiple times. As a result, I had to rely solely on staff accounts, with no independent way to verify what occurred. No Proof of Vaccination: When I asked whether the other dog was vaccinated, staff said yes but provided no documentation. Given the seriousness of the incident, vaccination verification should be standard. The absence of proof leaves owners unsure whether their pets were exposed to preventable diseases. Limited Financial Responsibility: The facility covered my vet bill (just under $300), but I was told there is a $500 cap. Clients should know they may be responsible for costs above that limit in more serious cases. Aggressive Dog Still Admitted: The staff confirmed to me that the dog who attacked mine is still allowed to be boarded at the facility. They stated this dog will go through a so-called "probation period" to get back into daycare. This is a failed assessment, and this policy knowingly places other dogs at risk. Because of the supervision failure that allowed the attack, the delay in management response, the denial of incident footage, the lack of vaccination verification, and the decision to keep admitting the same dog, I cannot recommend this daycare. Gotta add a review for the excellent service! I've been having a hard time finding the perfect place to take my puppy, and a few people have recommended here! I dropped Adonis here while I went on a trip and I got pictures and progress reports everyday! I loved seeing that he was playing with staff and looked like he had so much fun! I had to drop him off today due to me working this weekend and not being able to fully give him the love he needs, and the staff remembered him (which I loved). I very rarely leave reviews but I have to say I was very pleased with the level of professionalism snd care of our baby. From the minute I walked in to when we picked up our baby the staff was friendly and accommodating, answered all of my questions and assured me our baby would be just fine there. I also should mention whoever groomed Zoe provided the best grooming she'd ever had with even higher priced groomers. Two stars are for the clean facility! First, my dog didn't feel safe or comfortable during his short stay. Which explains a lot about his failed evaluation. Second, they don't have cameras to keep an eye on your dog. Third, some of the staff seem genuinely happy to help and others seem programmed. PS isn't a great fit for us. I have a 2 star because the location is good and dayplay is good. But for boarding, I do not recommend. I booked a few nights stay at the townhouse thinking that they'll take extra attention to detail and do what they say they offer. FYI, camera is not 24/7, they turn it off when they leave for the night. They don't follow your food instructions. For example if your dog is eating twice a day, they just dump 2x portions of your food at one go and leave it there until the next morning. And they don't wash the bowls. No dedicated number to call when you board your dog so you call the same general number and it's hard to get someone to answer, and if someone does, the excuse is they are all busy and no one is at the reception area. One of the worst is, I provided the food, labeled and placed in separate containers for their convenience and when asked if I am ok to give the facility food and treats, I said no. But when I checked on the camera, they gave my dog the facility food. And when I tried calling, no one is picking up and after trying several times and finally I got someone to pick up, they don't even know who my dog is and after putting me on hold, the pet denied it and gave excuses that I saw wrong but as a dedicated pet parent, I know my dogs food and I can tell you, the food is far from what it looks like, I have pet cams too at the same angle so I know it doesn't even come close to what it looks like. And don't get me started with the staff. Before you book, they are all friendly and all, but immediately after I booked and paid, their demeanor changed. It felt like they got you in the sales pitch and when you are "subscribed", their roll play is done. I have more to share but not enough space. Positive is only that my dog enjoyed the day play when I checked the camera and location is good. But overall, not recommending here unless you don't have other dog board options. I was literally rushing from the airport out the door to pick my dog up and so happy to have her alive and not sick. And remember, I paid for the townhouse suite. Imagine what is the treatment of the "normal" board if they treat the townhouse suite like crap. read more

We have used Pet Suites - Sugar Land multiple times (oftentimes because we are in a bind.) After each visit, our dogs return to us sick and/or underfed. We clearly label their food bags by the day, and there have been several visits where we have picked our dogs up and their food is still in their bag. Secondly, the workers have often mistaken our dogs for others and have called them the wrong names. Most recently, we were left with no other option but to use this pet suites for a one night stay over, and one of our dogs came home the next day sick with diarrhea and nausea. The location does not seem to be the cleanest location either. Unfortunately, this location is available when our preferred location (Missouri City) is not. Would highly recommend NOT using Pet Suites Sugar Land if you have the choice! read more

When this place first opened, it was great! There was multiple staff in front, they answered the phones, they had great customer service! I called a month ago to reserve a 3 day stay for my dog which was to be including two play times per day. I contacted them on day 2 because I never received pictures from his play time which they always did in the past. They told me the play time was never set up so i told them to add it. Again, never received a pic so I called and asked them to send me a pic and they agreed. Again, no pic ever came! Pickup day came and I asked them if to email me my invoice and to make sure play time wasn't on there if it wasn't received. They removed it. I got my dog and they said they had to wash his bedding because it was soiled. He would never use the restroom on his blanket unless he was never taken out to potty! When I got him home, I observed 5 different cuts on his body but received no incident report. I had to call and complain and was just told he had climbed the gate of the dog run but still no incident report provided. We will NEVER go back to this place! I am so shocked and disappointed in how bad it's gotten and there was no accountability! Worst experience ever! read more
