Always drove by Petty's without a second thought. Recently saw a lot of rave reviews for the place on Facebook and finally gave it a try. Within 20 minutes of being there, we walked out with Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, chimichurri, and a stuffed pork chop. The Swedish meatballs are AMAZING. We just heated them up in the microwave but they were the most moist and well-seasoned Swedish meatballs/sauce that we've ever had. Blows IKEA meatballs out of the water. Mashed potatoes were super velvety and perfect with the meatballs. Chimichurri sauce is perfectly seasoned. We're trying the pork chop and brussel sprouts tonight but based off everything else, I'm sure it will be delicious. All the workers were super nice and helpful for a couple of newcomers to the store. I never expected such a gem of a hidden little meat market in Longwood. We're definitely coming back. Prices are very good for quality and ready-to-eat ease as well. read more

First timer here- What a delightful local meat market! We ordered two filets, which we later grilled and they were truly a great cut of USDA Prime Filet Mignon beef. So tender. Their cheese selection was outstanding and we had a wonderful charcuterie that evening with two wonderful bottles of wine and it was all because of the wonderful choices that Petty's had to offer. Every team member was friendly and helpful, as well. What a lovely surprise to find this hidden gem. If you can't find it there, you don't need it. I wish we had been able to try some of their Deli selections, but we now have a fantastic reason to return. Cheers to you all at Petty's! Did I mention, that you can enjoy a free, small draft beer while you're shopping? ... and that folks, is all she wrote. read more

Excellent food meats chicken and desserts a real treat to have close bye. Friendly and helpful.

Call ahead to get them to make a tasty chicken mignon that is chicken breast filled with stuffing. Add some twice baked potatoes and choose from a boatload of sides and desserts. read more

Growing up in NY and then later, Columbus Ohio I was spoiled with great butchers and Italian Delis. There are few of these in Orlando. Pettys is one of the best in Orlando. Great selection of meat, homemade appetizers to accompany meals They also have some more obscure cuts such as bavette. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable offering tips for preparation and cooking. Also they serve free beer Saturday read more

Been coming here for decades. Same great service, great food and great people. Do not miss their Middle Age Garlic dip, and any of their hand cut steaks. Also my new obsession: their spicy chicken fingers. It's a small store so prepare do shoulder to shoulder at the meat counter. They work efficiently and offer great suggestions. Miss that marinated London Broil though!! read more

5 stars Patty's Meat Market is pure magic - an old-school butcher shop that somehow swallowed a gourmet specialty store and came out even better for it. Walking in feels like stepping back into the golden age of neighborhood butchers, except this one's on steroids (the good kind). The meat counter is a thing of beauty: pristine cuts, house-made sausages, dry-aged steaks that make you weak in the knees, and butchers who actually know what they're talking about and love talking about it. Ask for a recommendation and you'll walk out with something you didn't know you needed. But here's the kicker - it's so much more than just meat. The prepared foods and sides are borderline ridiculous: macaroni salad that ruins all other mac salads for you, potato salads with multiple personalities (all delicious), marinated mushrooms, olive salad, stuffed peppers, brisket chili... I could keep going. The deli case is stacked with top-tier salumi and cheeses (boar's head is the floor here, not the ceiling), and they've got an entire wall of pre-packaged artisanal cheeses that make Trader Joe's look cute. Need a quick dinner? Grab one of their house-made dips or spreads (the roasted garlic parm spread and the sundried tomato-bacon dip have caused legitimate arguments in my house over the last spoonful). The spice and sauce selection is dangerous for my wallet, and the curated wine and old-world beer section is thoughtful, fairly priced, and full of gems you won't find at the big stores. Patty's is a foodie paradise disguised as a butcher shop. Every visit turns into an unplanned $150 adventure because everything looks (and is) that good. If you love to cook, eat, or just stare at beautiful food, do yourself a favor and get here. My only complaint is that I don't live closer - this place is one of my absolute favorites in the entire city. read more

One of the best places for a good old fashioned butcher. Great selection of meats, chicken, pork, etc. And a great "cold deli" counter with interesting things like tomato, cucumber, onion salads, Cole slaw and many other cold foods. Don't forget two small free glasses of tap beer while you shop. Lots of Italian pastas and toppings (jarred) plus a very nice selection of baked goods. Not the best place for produce - always good, but very limited selection, but I don't hold that against them - that's not their target. And I should mention they have a wide range of good cheeses and wines. read more

Besides our food taking longer for lunchtime, all sandwiches we ordered were delicious. I ordered a reuben sandwich and it had a perfect ratio of all the ingredients, they also swapped rye bread for sourdough- definitely a great recommendation. Atmosphere is very family oriented and there is a lot of returning customers, so service can be little slower. Overall tasty work lunch, definitely worth the wait. P.S. My ratings are based on whether I believe I could make a better or healthier version at home. If food/drinks/service impress me, I'll be happy to come back. If not the stars reflect that. read more

Sandwiches are good. I ordered the Dominica. Not bad. Mozzarella was fresh. Nice options but I'm having a hard time comprehending how there's no chicken cutlets. Fresh mozzarella, antipasto salad but no chicken cutlets? Make it make sense. read more

I love anything in a casing. Hands down the best selection I've ever seen of sausages, andouille, kielbasa, and so much more. Meats are incredible. Seafood as well. Deli section and cheeses cover anything you want or need. Incredible deserts and most things you would need to create a delicious meal. This place is so much more than a "meat market". I special ordered 10 lbs of Hot Italian Chicken sausage. Eddie and Paul made the best I've ever had! Do yourself a favor and make a point to get there. Ron read more

My first time visiting today and I was impressed with one of their pastries the lobster tail. I asked the associate at the register if they was fresh and she said yes, they make them every day. I got home. I was totally impressed on how delicate the pastry was. I've had many lobster tails trying to find a good one and finally found one. I have been to the cake boss in New York and also in Italy and thank you so much for making them so tender and delicious. read more

I live in south Orlando so Perry's in Longwood is quite a drive for me...But worth the trip anytime! The largest fresh meat selection you've ever seen. The marbling in the beef was amazing. They have premium grades of beef as well as USDA Choice. I usually buy Prime. Take a number when you walk in. It's busy but well staffed with knowledgeable and helpful people. If I lived closer I would buy ALL my meat here. read more

Definitely worth the stop (or frequent stop if local). Go to for a healthy, wholesome dinner when rushed for time. Go to: Parmesan pasta with pees (forget the exact name), brisket burger, teriyaki mushrooms. They sell a really good horseradish cheese that can sometimes be hard to find. Seasonal produce can also be picked up here if in a hurry. The store is very well organized for the space they have. I can usually find everything I need. read more

I had no idea that I never submitted a review for Petty's. I have been coming here since I first moved to Florida in 1992. We lived in Sabal Point in Longwood, right "around the corner " from Petty's. Back then the manager at the time, Jose, used to make sangria on the weekend during the summer. Folks lined up to buy jugs of that nectar to accompany the delicacies purchased in the grocery. Ah the delicacies. Everything here is fresh and wonderful. Deli selections for every taste. Fresh veggies. An impressive cheese selection. Sauces and seasonings galore. Desserts and treats to satisfy the most discerning sweet tooth. A wine selection that is very extensive and eclectic. They often do wine tastings (had one yesterday). And then there's the meats. Wagyu beef. Prime cuts. Aged cuts. Chicken, beef and pork creations to make gourmet meals a breeze (and delicious!). I grabbed a couple prime N.Y. strips on this visit, along with a fresh baguette and some curry chicken salad. The staff are all consistently helpful, happy and enthusiastic. Go to Petty's Meat Market once and you will return again as often as you can. Don't miss the free draft beer while you shop. Two cups per customer on the honor system! I do not live "around the corner" any longer, but I make my way back to Petty's whenever I can. read more

Have been going to Pettys for years, and this place never disappoints! Not only does it have some of our favorite cuts of meat (hangar and picanha) but their sides and garlic bread win me over every time! Holy cow, if you haven't tried the chicken mango curry (I feel sorry for you cause you're missing out), any of their pasta salads (but the parm shells are my fav), the Brussels are incredible. IF you leave without getting garlic bread, head back in there and get 4 (you won't regret it). The only downfall to this beautiful local meat market is that they are closed on Sundays read more

Ok ya'll... I do not know why I have never been to this place before?!?! Apparently they have been around for years but I just happened to stumble upon it recently driving by, on my way to a work luncheon. You better believe... when I saw the store sign...I turned my car around IMMEDIATELY to pop my head in real quick to see what I have been missing out on.... And it did not disappoint. Located in Longwood, this mini market is such a hidden gem. My first impression walking in....was that this was such a quaint little store that was honestly a charcuterie lovers paradise. They had a large variety of meats, cheeses, pickled items, mustards, olive oils and the list went on and on. They also had an extensive wine selection as well, with price ranges that suits any budget. Not only did they have items for snacking, but they also had meats, seafood and pre-made sides that you could also purchase to make a lunch or dinner meal. Can we also talk about how fantastic their dessert display looked.. I was literally drooling inside the store. I wanted EVERYTHING!! Price wise...I feel like everything was reasonable for the quality of product you receive. You can tell that they are a mom and pop shop and that they take pride in not only their products but also their service. Everyone at the store was super helpful and were very upbeat. I even overheard one of the customers tell the cashier that she drives over an hour and a half...in order to get here...and that truly speaks volumes about this establishment. If you are around the Longwood area or if you are planning to visit soon, then this place is a must stop. I definitely will be back soon to get more goodies! I'm so glad that you came into my life Petty's Market... I now have a new go to grocery store! read more

The selection of beef cuts are over the top!!! If your cut is out at the counter, they will go to the back and butcher more for you.

I can't believe I haven't spoken about the #1 meat market I've been to in ALL my countless travels. Frost their customer service is so good they need to hold classes. If any of their staff is having a bad day, you would never know it! They seemed to have left that negative energy OUTSIDE! I loveit here, LOVE IT! Whatever you came in to purchase May leave your consciousness when you look at the meats! Oh my, you want to try it all! I'm going to ALWAYS grab some fresh garlic bread off the counter when I walk-in. It's on the top of the counter to the right when you walk in. Then proceed to the meats and just stroll down the meats ..... you'll get meat drunk just looking! I love the brisket burgers, the pepper steak dropped from a 20 to a 7. It's good but not as great as it was before. I don't know why. The steaks are excellent and the thick cut pork chops are to die for! I always bring a cooler to keep my meats in for my return trip to the panhandle! Thank you for being here, you make this trip an enjoyable one!! #shoplocal and shop where the locals shop, I'm just saying. read more

Petty's is a great special team Market located in Longwood, Florida. They also have locations in Melbourne, Florida area. These are all great finds, I particularly like their meat department. Waste of money...I purchased the $150 Family Pack and was disappointed to find that all meats were not individually freezer wrapped. When I lived in Longwood, I was a frequent shopper at Petty's. Always good meats. I get frustrated with the local supermarket meats. But yesterday, I happened to be in the area and made the stop for the meats! Yummy deli chicken salad. We had the hanger steak last night and it was amazing.. (I'm not really a red meat fan but that can change my mind!) Tonight I will roast a chicken; can't wait. The staff are very helpful and friendly! A favorite spot for years. This market is a must shop for any one who loves local products, fresh food, and great service. My one wish is that it was closer to us! We love heading in here anytime we get a chance and taking a window shop walk at the meat cases. There is always something we end up buying. It's all so enticing!! This last trip the winner was the stuffed pork chops. Which they only had one on display but their awesome staff quickly whipped us up another one so we could have one each. Other amazing things we've tried include the Mediterranean chicken, meatballs, salmon, skewers and meatloaf. Everything is packaged to order and cut fresh. If you don't see a cut you like, ask!! The instructions for cooking each item is printed on the label when your item is packaged. Do NOT miss the sides! The potato salad, beans and dip area is a must visit. They also offer up fresh blended cheese dips, hummus, and has veggies for dipping. They have plenty of shelves to explore too! The local honey area is a personal fave. Overall: A+ Wish this place was closer so we could have it weekly!! So much yum! read more

Ever since I was a little boy, I dreamed of owning a place like this; fine wine, cheeses, meats and gourmet foods. Petty's has the game down! The meat case is second to none. My first time visiting this establishment was back in mid 80s and last visit was over 20 years (moved to Cali).
