Carole makes sure all the dogs are happy and comfortable while staying with her, and she genuinely cares for each and every dog who walks through her doors. Not only is that a big plus in my book, at Rusty Acres the dogs get lots of play time and time outside. Many boarding facilities around here keep the dogs cooped up inside except to go to the bathroom and are mainly locked up in a cage. At Rusty Acres, the dogs are out playing and socializing except for meal time and bed time. HOW GREAT IS THAT. My boys always come home from Rusty Acres happy and worn out from a day of play and it doesn't break the bank. The prices are very fair and you won't be disappointed. This is the place I recommend to all my friends and family!

He encourages team members there with his enthusiasm for the business. He and others are knowledgable about their products. They offer adoptions of cats there. Pet Supplies Plus hosted goat-yoga at least once - I couldnt go but I hope if they do it again that I can! I love that place. The only thing I didnt care for - the self serve pet wash- was very clean and inviting and I used it several times- but the water is too cool and the dryers also are cold-air dryers. Im sure this is a liability-things but after taking a room temperature bath- cool air left my small dog shivering. My big dogs were fine with it. Im not sure there is much they can do about cool/cold wash/dry experience. But the store itself is very clean. Staff is knowledgable. They seem to host and encourage public help- like doing food drives for the community pet-pantry and suggesting adoptions. I know they also were one of the sponsors of a vaccination day held at the local shelter. So- I do feel pretty good supporting a chain store- because if their wonderful staff and community outreach.

Pet Prairie was kind enough to let us stay with our kitten while he was cremated, walking us through the entire process. My biggest fear going in was that I wouldn't get his remains back, in part due to reviews placed on various platforms and just me being paranoid. I can confirm that contrary to other reviews, I received my kitten and he is now home and at peace. I am so grateful for how supportive and understanding they were during this difficult time. In 15-20 years I know who I'm calling, and who I can trust to help my family through these tough times. We are so very grateful. Rest In Peace Lupin.

Would never take any animal to All Creature Features. My German Shepherd cut open her leg and we…read moretook her here for help as it was the closest vet to us. Husband carried her in with blood all over him and we was asked if we had an appointment. I replied no, she cut her leg and is bleeding very bad which they definitely could see that anyway. A lady behind the desk very rudely stated "We don't have time for that. You'll just have to take her somewhere else". As we turned to leave she says Perdue North Central does emergencies. So that is where we headed even though it was another 25 minutes away. When we arrived she already seemed weak and the vet at PNC stated she shredded her artery very bad and lost way too much blood so we had no other option but to have her euthanized. Wish i would have never tried taking her to All Creature Features and went somewhere else. Maybe my Baby girl would still be here.
