Both the tech and doctor were absolutely amazing with my dog. You could tell they truly loved dogs and their jobs. I was given all the options and not pressured into anything. I chose to do the testing just to be certain. Thankfully, there was nothing major wrong with my dog and we were prescribed some meds to support him while he got better. It seemed to be the best experience you could have when having to take your pet in for an emergency. Hopefully, I don't ever have an another emergency, but I am relieved to know I have a nice place close by to take him if I have to. Dr. Braun was amazing. She was genuine, patient, friendly, and it was obvious being a vet was her true calling! She gave me her thoughts and told me my options but didn't pressure me into anything. I felt confident that I could trust her opinion. The tech we started with was also super friendly and caring! I wish I could remember her name. She attentively listened to me rattle off everything I could think of and was awesome with Finn. I was happy with absolutely everyone we interacted with from start to finish. Everyone was GENUINELY friendly.

I first met the team at Creekside Vet as their internet and phone service provider. During those…read morevisits, I quickly realized this wasn't your typical veterinary office. I've been to other local vets like Rainbow Vet at Brady's Run and even Apple Grove, but the level of care and compassion I saw from the Creekside staff was truly different. As a local resident, my family and I were honestly tired of big vet offices that seemed to outgrow their clients, too many patients, impossible to get appointments, and that personal touch just wasn't there anymore. After seeing how Creekside operated, we decided to bring our dogs in. After our first appointment, we were not disappointed. My wife even said we were treated like royalty both us and our dogs. At that first visit, they discovered a large lump on our 14-year-old dog's liver. What stood out most was their approach. There was no pressure for unnecessary procedures, no guilt about costs, and no pushing invasive testing. Everything was clearly explained, including options and pricing. Their honesty and compassion meant everything to us. I truly believe the care they gave helped our dog live longer than she otherwise would have. Recently, our dog took a turn for the worse. Creekside got us in right away. Even when things were looking bleak and we weren't ready to give up just yet, they supported us and helped us try one last "Hail Mary." Unfortunately, it wasn't enough, and almost a week later our pup couldn't stand or lift her head. We knew this was the end and we didn't want her to suffer anymore. My wife called creekside to see if we can get her in ASAP, but they were already booked. When we explained the situation, they made room for us. When they walked into the room, there were tears in their eyes. They genuinely cared, not just about our dog, but about us too. They gave her the most peaceful, loving send-off we could have asked for and gave my wife, who has had this dog since high school, all the time she needed to say goodbye. Even with a full schedule, they never rushed us. I truly cannot say enough about Creekside Vet. They are down-to-earth, compassionate, and exactly what you hope for in a neighborhood veterinary office. We are so grateful for everything they've done for our family. If you're in the area and looking for a vet who truly cares, I can't recommend them enough.

I had to euthanize my girl and they walked us through every step while allowing us time to process them before moving on it. The entire staff that we engaged with were compassionate empathetic patient and gentle. It was a hard blow to lose my girl but I knew I was doing the right thing. She was surrounded by the family she loved most. The actual process was seamless. The immediate grief we all felt when her little heart stopped will forever be imprinted on my heart. The staff allowed us to grieve w/o rushing us. The procedure cost itself was based off her weight (89 lbs) so it was $100. Her hooman dad, her aunt Lisa, and myself (her #1 hooman/momma) all agree wholeheartedly that this staff met us at our level of grieving while feeling the weight of it and wholesomely embraced us. I cannot say thank you enough (((bigwarmhugs)))

MY DOG WAS KILLED! DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! My family's…read more10-year-old dog was taken to Brady's Run. She was an otherwise healthy and active dog, but had just been diagnosed with early stages of Congestive Heart Failure at her visit. She was given a life expectancy of a year or more and was sent home with oral Lasix. However, before she left the veterinary hospital she also received an injection of Lasix. Within 90 minutes she was gasping for air, turned blue, and died. (Lasix is a common diuretic and in extremely rare cases where it leads to death, the death is caused by dehydration and does not resemble anaphylaxis). When Dr. Kendrew, owner of Brady's Run Veterinary Hospital, was questioned he came up with a series of, in my opinion, unconvincing lies. Contrary to the life expectancy he had just given her, he blamed her death on her advanced medical condition. Untruths and negligence appear to run rampant at the hospital. I strongly believe his vet tech administered the incorrect medication, resulting in the swift and traumatic death of my dog. I caution all who read this not to take their pets to Brady's Run. It is not safe there.

They offered us Prednisone to help shrink the tumor and to give us a little time. They sent her home in a two handled harness and told me she would need it the rest of her life. A friend of mine asked if I would want to take her to Dr Maro in PA. She described her as one of the Top Ten Vets in the Country. She was right! She offered a combination of Western med and more importantly Holistic medicine. Her holistic approach saved my girl. Unfortunately we r a little over two years later and she has a new tumor in a new place. It started causing seizures. Again we came to see Dr Maro to see if she can perform another miracle. I only regret not coming sooner. Maybe it would have been caught early. I want to respond to some bad reviews on this site. In my view they were mainly written over cost. You must remember this is a Holistic vet. Look at her like you would a cancer specialist. They cost more because of the level of education they have gone through. They not only learned western medicine but holistic as well. There are not many like them around and the treatments they offer you work, but it is a different approach than Western medicine. I've learned so much with Sophie's illness I try to share what I learned. Do NOT vaccinate your pet every year because a vet told you to. They may not need it and you're putting your loved one at risk. Dont feed grocery store food or anything that starts with meat by products in their ingredients. Food can kill them. Maybe not today but maybe in 2,3,4 etc years. It is NOT good healthy food just because you pay more. Do the research if you love your pet as I do! Look into those vaccine's and flea meds. Toxic! There r holistic products that work just as well and will not give them cancer or brain tumors. Every vet has a different education just like our Doctors. Like everything there can be good or bad vets. Dr Maro and her staff are the best of the best. Up to date on new treatments that work. If you need a miracle please go see her! I am just a loving mom of the BEST fur baby I have ever had! I would do anything to save her life. I've giving her the best chance I can by following Dr Maros advice, wisdom and knowledge! In the end I will know I did everything that I could for my baby!

Dr. Maro and her staff were great (quick, efficient, no delays in treating her pain and placing an IV). They updated us every step of the way on everything from costs to her condition. They ordered testing that pinpointed her illness - it was pancreatitis, and she was critically ill. They not only got a diagnosis the same day, but put her on the road to recovery. All the staff and doctors worked as a team to support us and her, and the vet techs were so kind. Dr. Analeu performed an ultrasound and Dr. Jones took over (the following day) on my grand-dog's care until she was able to come home. We are very happy with their services and highly recommend them.
