Joe was my hero that day. The repair cost was much less than replacing a $1,000 appliance. I really appreciate it when I get great service and I highly recommend you give them a try. I had to follow up myself just to find out what was going on. We requested the first available appointment, yet they couldn't even commit to or communicate a time slot. Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, this company was assigned through our stove manufacturer, and the appliance is still under warranty. This reflects poorly on both the service provider and the manufacturer. We expected better coordination and accountability.

I contacted LG customer service, which referred me to a Mr. Appliance location out of town. That employee referred me to this location. I called and got right through, setting up an appointment for my preferred date and time. I was texted the day before with a time window for my estimate. Jacksen, the tech arrived at the predetermined time. He was quite friendly and explained that pulling the dent out probably would still leave a spot. He gave me the repair options and eventually quoted me a price for a new door. Still less than a new refrigerator...and frankly, I like mine so I want to keep it! He did mention due to shipping delays. It could take up to six weeks to receive the door. No problem, magnet went back on for a disguise In the meantime. I was contacted around 3 weeks later and my door had arrived! Jacksen came back with a partner to install. They were prompt and even cleaned up after themselves! I did have one minor issue with the divider between the two doors not closing correctly. I called the company once more and Jacksen came back to adjust. He took maybe ten minutes to fix the issue, and again was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'd use Mr. Appliance again (although I hope I don't need to for awhile)!

I decided to buy a BRAND NEW LG washer from them, listed at $500. We decided on this one because it was new with the packaging as well as it coming with a 1 year warranty. All together my total was $570 which included taxes and delivery. The delivery man was about an hour late to delivery. I had to call the store owner only for him to tell me the delivery man was lost and he gave him my number, I asked for the delivery man's number. After speaking with him he arrived within a couple of minutes. I wasn't sure why he didn't just call as soon as he was lost because he had my number from the order form. He also showed up alone with no moving help, so my stepdad had to help move. If he hadn't have been there, there's no way the delivery man would have made it in successfully. He hooked up the hoses but didn't stay to allow us to make sure everything worked okay. Thankfully it did so there were no issues with that.

Broad Ripple Appliance came highly recommended by a friend, and they absolutely lived up to it. Scheduling was quick and easy, I spoke with Brad, who got me set up for a next-day appointment. They do charge a standard $70 diagnostic fee, which felt fair. Brad gave me a heads-up call before arriving and showed up right on time. Even better, he came fully prepared with the tools and the replacement part needed, so he was able to fix the dryer on the spot. You can really tell he takes pride in his work with great attention to detail, and he even shared some helpful maintenance tips for the future. Best of all, the dryer was fixed the same day, and reassembled properly this time, with no "extra" screws left behind. Fair pricing, friendly service, and high-quality work. They do accept credit cards, but recommend cash or check to avoid a 3% fee (which gave me a reason to dust off my checkbook). Also purchased a washer and dryer set for my home on a separate occasion. I have had two service calls on a refrigerator and a freezer with them as well. The owners humor is fantastic and they will find you what you need at a reasonable price. Honest and fare pricing is what these guys are about. They do have a varying selection and are someone I do recommend for sure
