We had gone multiple places and couldn't find anything that really was within our budget and in good shape. We stopped in here and was created by the owner, he showed us a few dryers that were in great shape and well within our price range. My husband spotted this washer & dryer set and said- well might as well just upgrade. We talked to the owner- he offered to bring it to us THAT SAME DAY! We were in no rush, so we opted for just a couple days later. He delivered, unloaded & even helped my husband hook it up. He also hauled our old ones away! Hands down some AWESOME customer service! The washer & dryer are in great shape and go so well in my laundry room. I am so happy with them! The gentleman who helped us, looked at the part and went back to the stockroom to see if he could find one. And when he could not, he instead removed that same part from the floor display of one of his own water softeners. He said he would then just contact the manufacturer and get a replacement for himself later. But he made sure that we were taken care of. And the price was a whopping $3.62. In addition, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my first time shopping at Economy Plumbing Supply today, and I am so grateful for this experience, that I'm going out of my way to make sure that I say thank you, and also give a heartfelt recommendation to them. I have always preferred to use Benjamin Moore paints, but also appreciate being able to get qualified advice from an experienced professional. This is something just that can't be found at the big box stores. About two years ago I refinished my kitchen cabinets and painted my home's exterior. The gutters were covered in mildew and the kitchen cabinets had been hastily painted by the prior owner with cheap paint and had numerous finishing defects. The owner advised me on surface prep and recommended excellent products, including a paint that would minimize the need for multiple coats on my exterior. He even custom tinted a recommended primer (which wasn't a Benjamin Moore product, surprisingly) for my cabinets. Two years later, in a home with a young child, both paint jobs still look as good as they did on day one. I highly recommend them and will be buying all of my paints here.

Our exterior is painted. Everything we talked to them about, they knew the best way to attack it. I have been painting my house (wherever that house may be) for many, many years and I thought I knew it all. But, when I talked to these people, they showed me that there was still much to learn. A delivery truck was at my apartment making a delivery to another apartment 2 days in a row…read more Instead of parking in the center lot that is empty they squeezed their truck between 2 residents' cars, making a precarious turn between 3 cars to back up into the space. The first day they placed a box on the edge of the truck and it nearly got knocked over twice towards my car, I asked them to be careful to which he simply replied, "uh huh." They park next to me again today, the driver squeezing between my car and the truck carrying an electric drill. I was livid at their incompetence, any professional company will park in the center lot away from cars or just park on the roadway with hazards on... NOT squeeze a 10 ft truck between 2 cars! I called the store obviously upset to which the owner keeps referring to me as "hun", "hun it's a big truck", "hun they gotta park". I asked him to stop calling me "hun" and informed him of the empty area in the center and if they damaged my car I would be filing a police report to which his reply was, "hun that's what insurance is for" and "hun you need to pray" before hanging up. What an absolute crap owner. Maybe if you learned how to be professional your workers would also follow suit. If you want an example of a professional business learn from 1-800-GOT-JUNK, they drive large trucks but park away from cars, even if that means carrying things further away. Or Two Men and a Truck, who happens to be delivering today in a larger truck but isn't blocking or dangerously close to a single car. If their professionalism is a sign of their business I'm sure they are over pricing cheap/damaged furniture.
