He was honest and he said that he saw something that could be it but he suggested that I contact my insurance company first because of possible damage to my roof. And that is what I did. Comes to find out that I needed a new roof and I really didn't hear that much activity after he left. So why am I giving him a great review because he was honest. He didn't try to take my money he said that he maybe saw a little bit of activity but more than anything I probably need to call my insurance company regarding my roof. As we know raccoons and squirrels can enter your home at any time so if that's the case in the future I will surely contact them because of his compassion for wildlife and his honesty. The last couple of years have been very different. I no longer get phone calls alerting me to when they will be in my area, and as a result I'm never home to let them in to spray the inside of the house. I can't even be sure that they have been spraying as I don't get any kind of mail invoices, but twice in the last couple of years I've gotten calls about unpaid balances, and once it was even from a collection agency. Had I known that I had a balance due, I would have paid it. The last straw was when an employee called me about two weeks ago to inquire about how I wanted to take care of the balance due of $400+ (again, this was the first I'd heard of it), and I insisted that they spray the inside of my home since I hadn't seen or heard from them for months. I paid the balance, and the employee suggested a time for an interior spray. I agreed to the time and arranged my schedule to be here to let them in. They did not show up or call, and I waited for over an hour past the appointed time before I had to leave. I've left voice mails at their office but have not received any return calls. I'm finished with this company and have found someone else.

He reported back that he found 8 (!!!!!) wasp nests around our property and a dead mouse and we discussed pest control services for our little rodent friends. We were really pleased with him. Very friendly and polite, not overbearing. So why the three stars? The sales guy who visited our house to get us to schedule service was very grating - probably just an age factor. He was what you think of when you think of a typical door-to-door sales guy. Our municipal police drove by while he was talking to us (apparently, someone in our neighborhood called on him for soliciting; he had the required permits though) and the kid was bragging with to us about how he's so cool with our officers and was trying to show us that he took pictures with the officers from when he's been called on before. It was pretty immature and a waste of our time. Then, he, for whatever reason, could just NOT get my husband's very normal name spelled correctly in the email address so we could receive the documents; I think hubs spelled his name 4 times for the kid. Also, the time he rang was borderline inappropriate for us. We have a 1 year old and he was really cutting it close to her bed time. And, according to him, he still needed 4 more households to sign up in order to meet his quota (yes, he told us that too, and bragged that 4 more should be easy....at 7:30 in the evening....when families are settling down for family time and bed time). The kid's lucky we were already considering pest control services and that we like a good deal. Anyhow. The service guy was great. And if the results are good and continue to be good, we'll keep it up - with the hopes that we never have to deal with a sales guy again.
