They wanted me to do the new $350 service even though the house had been in the program for years, with no pest problems. After some back and forth, a higher up agreed to just start the program again. They accommodate when I need to change my appointment and are generally pretty nice. This stuff.is so $$$ for the 15 minutes someone spends in your house but I also DREAD having another mice problem or worse yet, brown recluse.

He reported back that he found 8 (!!!!!) wasp nests around our property and a dead mouse and we discussed pest control services for our little rodent friends. We were really pleased with him. Very friendly and polite, not overbearing. So why the three stars? The sales guy who visited our house to get us to schedule service was very grating - probably just an age factor. He was what you think of when you think of a typical door-to-door sales guy. Our municipal police drove by while he was talking to us (apparently, someone in our neighborhood called on him for soliciting; he had the required permits though) and the kid was bragging with to us about how he's so cool with our officers and was trying to show us that he took pictures with the officers from when he's been called on before. It was pretty immature and a waste of our time. Then, he, for whatever reason, could just NOT get my husband's very normal name spelled correctly in the email address so we could receive the documents; I think hubs spelled his name 4 times for the kid. Also, the time he rang was borderline inappropriate for us. We have a 1 year old and he was really cutting it close to her bed time. And, according to him, he still needed 4 more households to sign up in order to meet his quota (yes, he told us that too, and bragged that 4 more should be easy....at 7:30 in the evening....when families are settling down for family time and bed time). The kid's lucky we were already considering pest control services and that we like a good deal. Anyhow. The service guy was great. And if the results are good and continue to be good, we'll keep it up - with the hopes that we never have to deal with a sales guy again.

I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. A young man named Isaac, probably late teens, knocked on our front door about two months ago, and said that most of our neighbors were using their company. He said that all of the products they use were natural and pet-friendly, and that after we did two sessions, we could cancel for free if we were not happy with their services. This company showed up at our house the first time and the worker put a bait station out and left. He did not spray one thing and yet we were charged for treatment of the inside and the outside of the house. We weren't even home to let anyone in, and our cameras showed nothing of the sorts. He was only at our house for about three minutes. We talked to Isaac about this, and he apologized. He sent another tech out there and we let him in so he could spray the inside. He went into our basement sprayed the drain put a bait station outside and left, not even spraying the outside perimeters. Obviously, we were incredibly fed up and felt like we were not being given what we paid for. We let Isaac know that we wanted to cancel, and he let us know that it would be a $250 charge. We told him that he said after two sessions we could cancel for free. He told us that he never said that. He said we would have to wait 12 months until our monthly service expired and then he could let us cancel for free. Here's the thing, we never signed up for any sort of annual service. We just asked Isaac to spray a few times and then we would let him know if we were to keep using them or not. Since we have canceled, our credit card is being charged $250 a month. We are currently talking to Discover to try to dispute these payments. These people are literal scammers, please don't fall for them like we did.
