We are actually using them again tomorrow for a huge event of 150 people, and they have been wonderful to work with throughout the planning process. They are incredibly responsive and have been so flexible with us--I am so looking forward to having them back! Their setup is stunning. We were hungry, and the sandwich options sounded appealing. I decided to order a BBQ Brisket sandwich, a Chili Dog, and a Shredded Chicken Sandwich. The man operating the truck and taking orders was very helpful and friendly. The young man working behind the grill was equally pleasant. Since I was the last customer of the day, he was outside wrapping things up. Juggling all my food, I asked him if he could help me add some mustard to the chili dog, and he immediately agreed. He grabbed the mustard and asked me to let him know when to stop! The sandwiches were delicious, and we enjoyed every last bite. If you're in the area, I highly recommend looking them up; you'll love their food!
