Abraham responded within minutes and showed up within an hour. After a few unanticipated twists and turns it was determined the best -- and cost efficient -- course of action was to replace the furnace. A couple hours later Abraham's crew showed up with a York two stage and more efficient unit. And within another couple hours the old unit was disassembled, the new one installed and fired up. Never thought everything would be taken care of in the same day but Abraham and crew performed that miracle. i hired Samer (owner of ACED) on 9/29/2025 to fix my AC. Samer said my unit was low on FREON (type…read more410A) & he said he injected 3.5 pound FREON....he charged me $135/pound, which was 2X more than market price... after 10 days my AC stopped cooling. I called him and he asked me to replace entire unit, which was another scam by Samer. I then hired 2nd company named Cooks heating & cooling ...owner Jeff did a nitrogen test to see if there was any leak in my AC since my AC was recharged 10 days ago. NO leak was found. Jeff also said he doesn't know what happened, but previous company ACED did NOT do anything. he then put another 4 pound FREON for only $60/pound, which is less than half what Samer (ACED) charged me. my AC never had any issue afterwards. So, again, pls stay away from this ACED unless you want to be robbed. Samer is a fraud and also a liar. he will scare you and try to steal your money. I submitted complaint at NJ Better Business Bureau (BBB). Samer didn't even bother to respond to BBB request for complaint.
