So a few minutes later and $200.00 + for labor costs the job was completed. By the way the part was $20.00 on line. I should have remember that a few years back I helped a neighbor replace the same part on his AC unit. Job took all of 5 minutes. Wish I would have remembered this, my own fault. App. $50.00 or so for labor costs yes but $200.00 plus is a bit steep.

Needless to say, the heater was not rusted he showed me the unit was very dirty, the fan motor and wheel were clogged with dirt and there were two dead birds in the chimney. The outside air conditioner was only 10 years old. I'm convinced SK had never done anything other than collect their fee and try to sell stuff we didn't want or need.
