There were no staff, the 2 African American mid 20s & 30s that were there did not care but only to be left on their phones. The items from Produce, Health, Dairy were all in different areas & not as reported. It took me 1 hour 1/2 to locate items which the younger of the store associates said was not there. There were NO cashiers so everyone had to do Self Checkout. The majority of all the customers were DoorDash & there was a specific process on the checkout where the Barcode needed to be scanned before paying. The mid 30s African American male had an attitude; walked away from inquiring customers & had a disgusting demeanor with his attitude. Hire other willing people that won't be problematic. I've been to this many times & this is a reflection on their management if this is who you have working. I will no longer go to this store, will pass along the message to everybody else & I will report them because it's not fair. Spend your money elsewhere. Beware of this store in the late evening hours; it is chaos. God forbid if you need help because you won't get anything but an attitude.

They call to take payment over the phone, they have automated texts when your prescription is being delivered and reminders to refill your prescription. Their customer service is professional and they always have staff on hand to answer any questions that I may have. Unfortunately, they are not the best if you need a medication filled quickly. They usually follow up and schedule delivery with me within a week or 2. They also use NimbleRx to request refills online and prescription statuses. The site is very limited.

The pharmacist in North Carolina couldn't figure out how to bill me because it was out-of-state insurance, so I did research and saw that there was another pharmacy that took my NYRX insurance, but they didn't carry the prescription. I got fed up and called QuickRX again and asked if they could get the prescription back. The problem stems from one unprofessional receptionist who lacks proper phone etiquette. She said, "Miss Senior, do you know this is out-of-state insurance? So what are you calling for?" (If that was the case, why did you transfer it "out of state, where was all this knowledge?) I asked if they could transfer my prescription back to QuickRX, and she said I have to call my doctor to send it back, telling me I was going back and forth with pharmacies, raising her voice, so I raised mine back, and she wasn't going to style me. I'm just trying to get my prescription; it was never my intention to cause a problem, but since she is the stereotypical Black American woman, she sees it as a problem. I will inform my doctor not to send my prescription to QuickRX in the near future, as this has been the most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever dealt with. If I had to pick up my prescription and she had said anything crazy to me, I would've crashed out on her. Honestly, I don't know how good a pharmacy they may be. But here's my experience from the other…read moreday. I went in for some cough drops and there were no price tags on some of the brands. I took a Luden's 30-count and I went to the back counter and there it was scanned and I was told that it was $3.15. I went to the front of the store to pay for it and as I placed it on the front counter, the guy there said to me, "$4.00" without scanning it. I gave him a look and went back to the back counter where I was told that I could pay up front but after some back and forth I indicated that I preferred paying it in the back. The guy from the front actually called out to the back person that it was $4 but she scanned it again and gave it to me for the $3.15 scan price. Decide for yourself what to make of that.

They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Can you imagine walking into Walgreens or Rite-Aid and saying "my grandma can't tell the difference between these two pills since they are both white, small and round so can you get her a different brand?" and them actually doing it? Well, this pharmacy did it and continues to do it for her every month. Their prices are good for a neighborhood pharmacy and they truly seem to have everything. I've never had to wait long, and it's nice to go into a pharmacy where the staff will go the extra mile to save you money. It's not the prettiest place around, but you won't find a better, more accurate and accommodating place to get your meds.
