Through their efforts I am able to receive a very costly medication via a foundation at no charge. I live in northern NJ and Linden delivers my prescription at no charge. I recently experienced a problem where Medicare incorrectly billed that prescription. I was being charged a a very large amount of money. Through the efforts of Chee (a pharmacist and one of the owners) the incorrect charge was reversed and the medication was billed correctly. The entire staff is extremely considerate and efficient. Everyone is there to make sure your relationship is completely satisfactory. Thank you Che for assistance in solving my problem.

I'm most certainly I am real, and disgusted. I made an appointment with this place to get permanent winged eyeliner. I sent in photos of what I was looking for, which was on their website, and photos of my eye. I was explained that the procedure could be done, and to go ahead and make the appointment which I did. Upon arriving, the woman taking care of me, I believe her name was Chris, appeared to have no clue what she was doing. It took her about a half an hour to finally draw the winged eyeliner correctly on my eye. But even with that, she still found a way to royally mess it up, and now I am permanently disfigured thanks to her. The owner, now she is a piece of work. At first, she was very apologetic, and explained that after this healed that it would be fixed. Now mind you, because of how bad this came out, Chris explained to me that I did not have to pay. This was more than just not liking the outcome, this looks absolutely nothing like what I have asked for. The owner was fine with this. Just a few days later when I asked for something, the owner got all defensive and started stating that I owed her money. Lol, there is not a chance in this world that I would pay for what you did to me, lady. Now, if she would've came out, respectfully and made an appointment with me to have this done the correct way and fixed, I would've been more than happy to pay for it. Unprofessional is not the word, ghetto is more like it. There are so many more places that would do an incredible job, and not be treated the way I was. One of her workers also put his hands on me which she likes to deny, but that's OK. Please do not make the unfortunate mistake that I did in going to this place. Because of the incompetence of her worker, which clearly was not trained properly, I now have to walk around, looking like a fool. I went from not having to wear makeup, to now I have to wear makeup every single day to try to correct what they did to me. I will let the photos speak for themselves. The first photo is what I requested, the second two are what they did to me. Absolutely horrendous. These people should be taken out of business immediately.

I researched after I got home to find it usually is $125 - 200. I was scammed. - I booked a consultation in advance - I confirmed twice and sent them photos of my eyebrows. As requested by them! I was booked for lip blush and when I came in thought I consulted for that. - During the consultation they offered me to do it right then and there. I agreed because I had the time and offered the rate of $350 - They said I had to put numbing cream for 20 minutes. They came in maybe after 5-10 minutes to begin and didn't even allow the numbing to set in. I was tearing during the session but powered through. - Afterwards I had some blonde eyebrow hairs. I thought that was normal but when I went home they were permanently blonde. On top of that I tipped!! I was kind and patient to come home to find out I was probably scammed and was disrespected as a client. This was very disappointing. I would've loved to give a better review but they took advantage of my kindness and my trust. If you want people to trust with your face and money this might not be the best option. (please see photos of the communication of eyebrows and then them booking for lip blush. Again, I even sent them eyebrow photos as they asked! Pulled her aside and explained to her that he wasn't comfortable giving her the meds because she is allergic to penicillin and apparently people who are allergic to penicillin should not take Cefalexin either, as they often have the same reactions. They called me and explained what was going on, and not only did he catch what her drs office of almost 19years did not, but he called the office multiple times to try and get a new prescription. So while we will not be going back to that drs office, we will never leaves Bells! Thank you John, what would we do without you!

The prices are even cheaper here than at the small pharmacy in my town! While my prescriptions are free, my mom doesn't have prescription insurance. So, I used the app "Good RX" to try and save her $. The prices at Bell Pharmacy are CHEAPER than Good RX! My mom was paying approx $50+ more/month for her prescriptions @ our other pharmacy. So, for the simple fact that I loathe horrible customer service/incompetence & had her switch pharmacies also, (bcuz we go to the dr & fill our prescriptions the same time/day & I didn't wanna walk into my old pharmacy again b/c of the stress they put me under), she - without intent, instantly is saving $50+/month-$600+/year! So, not only is the customer service impeccable, so are their prices! Going to Bell Pharmacy will not be regretted by any customers. I highly recommend you go here if you live in the area.

As I exited my vehicle a man in plain clothes came from behind his vehicle to advise me that I could not park there. I excused myself and asked if he was speaking to me, the only other person and vehicle in the parking lot. He repeated himself, told me I couldn't park there, and pointed to the tow sign, which I saw when coming into the lot with the intention of being a customer. The self described "owner of the parking lot" made me so uncomfortable. I chose to move my car onto the street. I went to every other business I planned, however, due to his aggressive nature I would rather drive to South Jersey to get the one item I needed from Boyt Drugs. Furthermore, a little research revealed that the parking lot is owned by Metuchen. The individual that chose to speak to me is the owner (based on public records I was able to pull from his license plate - the vehicle he doesn't even own outright). The bottom line is, please be kind to everyone. You never know who you are encountering. I'm sure it is frustrating to see other businesses flourishing around you, however, you never know when there could be an opportunity to turn someone into a customer; or in this case totally turn a customer away.
