Each pharmacist, and all of the pharmacy technicians, work together and are so kind, so patient, and always working nonstop, and they are so friendly and caring. :) They answer questions without rushing, double check everything, make sure to explain things clearly, and somehow still greet me with a smile, (even when it's super busy!) that means a lot. Their ability to always maintain a welcoming, respectful environment, all throughout the busiest times, is truly commendable. I feel lucky to have such a reliable crew looking out for me and my family. Huge thanks to each of you for what you do every day, you really make a difference. Friday came and they never delivered it. I never got a phone call either telling me it wouldn't be coming that day and they were already closed. Had to wait through the weekend to call and find out why my medication was not delivered. In the meantime, I became sick without the med and had to go out and spend money on other meds to compensate. It took me a month to get rid of the infection and now it's back again and worse than before thanks to PFSP. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone, I was told it was a supply issue. We set up another delivery on Monday for the following day. Before hanging up I asked them to please be sure I would be getting it on Tuesday. If not, I would make other arrangements to try to get the generic form of this med with another pharmacy. I was told it would be in stock tomorrow and would be delivered on Tuesday. About a half hour later, I got a phone call stating the med wouldn't be in stock by then and I'd have to wait until they delivered it on Wednesday. We'll see if it's actually delivered by then, but I am not hopeful. Please, if you care about your health or the health of your loved ones do not use this pharmacy.

Through their efforts I am able to receive a very costly medication via a foundation at no charge. I live in northern NJ and Linden delivers my prescription at no charge. I recently experienced a problem where Medicare incorrectly billed that prescription. I was being charged a a very large amount of money. Through the efforts of Chee (a pharmacist and one of the owners) the incorrect charge was reversed and the medication was billed correctly. The entire staff is extremely considerate and efficient. So, I had a prescription of Iron medicine for my Kid. They provided an over-the-counter medicine charging me more than 3 times than its available on Target/Walmart/Amazon. It was not a generic / Custom medicine. Market price is around $8 and I was charged $31 for the same brand and quantity. That huge was the difference. When I understood the issue, I went back next day with the bottle (not opened and sealed and they didn't agree to take it back. If it was a custom created medicine, I would have agreed but it was just a standard medicine. Pharmacies do have a policy to not take medicines back but it's not applicable for over-the-counter ones. Sorry Colonia, I am not going to recommend you to anyone anymore.

Upon arriving at the pharmacy, I saw people doing their best to get people their prescriptions at both the drive through and the walk in. No one had an attitude. When I got to the counter, they couldn't find my appointment, and I got very annoyed- mostly at the woman on the phone that made my appointment, because she didn't do it properly. However, the staff remained very calm and helped me in my situation. I got the travel vaccine I needed without having to pay exorbitant fees. All in all, a great visit. I may revisit again just to see what the cashiers are like, but it's possible they were let go.
