Underground Construction was hired by PG&E to do work in my Danville development. On a Friday they…read moreindicated that a cable and camera needed to be run down my sewer line which is approximately 150 feet. The next day my sewer backed up into all my downstairs bathrooms. I called the supervisor on duty and he advised me to call any local sewer service to fix the issue and he would provide me his company's Claims Division information. I hired a local plumbing company and had the blockage fixed. On Monday I was given the claims information and immediately filled the report. After 4 weeks I had not received a response, so I called the claims office and discussed my claim with Muzette Perry. She put me on hold for 10 minutes then indicated she is disapproving my claim. I asked why and she rudely said that putting a camera down the sewer line would not cause it to backup into my house. I gave her several reasons why it would and she said I couldn't prove what had happened. I asked if I could appeal and she said she was the final authority and it will never be approved then hung up. My advice is not to ever use this company or allow them on your property to do work as a subcontractor. They are truly unethical and have no concept of customer satisfaction.

Thought I hit the goldmine for a Kerosene supply for my portable heater…read more Kerosene performed poorly. Created carbon on the wick after burning less than one gallon. Heater performed poorly with what ever contamination was in the 5 gallon pail. Attempted to recycle purchase with SC Fuels without a refund, no questions asked. Lady was no help, too bad. I am stuck with 8 gallons of poor quality kerosene that I must recycle.....once I locate where. Out $70 bucks as well. Thanks SC Fuel - Don't recommend.

Power would lag, then return to normal, lag again, return to normal, and repeat. I called PG&E and they had a guy named Henry come out within 1-2 hours. Henry spent 5 minutes looking at the line from our pole to our house and spotted a frayed neutral wire, worn by a tree branch over the years. He let me know that it was a serious safety issue and killed the power to our house. A few hours later, Nate's Tree Service showed up and cleared a path for a new power line. Shortly thereafter, PG&E returned with a squad of guys who pulled a new power line from the pole to our house with a larger capacity. It was a minor inconvenience for us that could have been much worse. PG&E came out and fixed a serious issue quickly. We appreciate the team's great work.
