Was the second trip to my Podiatrist for an inflamed toe that was cut too short at the nail and the nail had to be removed at the corner. The toe nail had to be removed!! i'm waiting for my black and blue toe on my foot to heal. I don't think I ever want pedicure at that salon again cut too much cut short and put something on that. made my nail stay short and hasn't grown in six weeks Podiatrist had to give me a injecton. I asked two different times if I could pay for my nails before they painted them so I didn't have to go into my purse for money. They acted as if they didn't understand me and then said no two different times and that I should wait until the end. Well, 3 of my nails were ruined before I left the salon. Dropped of my wife and specifically instructed the owner to give my wife a regular manicure and pedicure. When I I picked her up I was charged for a gel manicure and pedicure. Went to these salon randomly, usually I do my own nails (I used to work as a nail tech in Puerto Rico , now I'm in pharmacy field, but since I was waiting for my husband to finish he's massage I tough ok let's relax and have someone to do it for me today ... and I'm not happy! everyone is friendly there; that's good but my nails didn't get done the right way. I am a snowbird and have lived in PGA since 2004. I started going here about 5 years (or more?) ago and have never had a problem -but I only get Pedicures as I do not do color on my nails because I am always gardening which destroys nail polish so I do my own; in a Strong!, clear, chip resistant top coat- Revlon 965. I have been a fairly frequent customer over the past number of years. Recently I had a pedicure, and after one week the polish was mostly off on most of my toes. I went in for a polish change expecting it to be "on the house" but they charged me. I explained that I thought that was unfair considering the polish lasted only a week. I've been getting pedicures for nearly 40 years, and this is highly unusual. They shrugged and proceeded to charge me. I will not be going back. read more

I can't give them any higher rating. On what planet does a nail salon NOT STERILIZE their tools ???!! When I asked him to use sterilized tools he said they were when I clearly saw him using them on the prior client. So he used some alcohol to rub them down!! i watched the other employees and their tools were not sterilized either. Unacceptable. I should have just walked out. The pedicure was rushed and he barely massaged my legs for 2 minutes. So disappointing. They also over book as people are sitting in pedicure chairs waiting for them to finish clients!!!! Very very upset about my nails. Emma talked me into doing the"dip" procedure instead of gel. She used the drill to get old gel off which no one has ever used on me. It did last 3 weeks but my nails looked horrible when it came off!!!Five of my nails have separated from the nail bed and three of those have an infection. In my life I have never had a nail infection or had nails die! My dermatologist is afraid that I may lose a couple of the nails. I am contacting the department of health in Palm Beach. Gardens. This place is amazing. I was taking a drive, needed to get my nails/shellac and feet done, walked in and immediately the owner named "John" was extremely welcoming. The whole staff is professional, the nail salon is clean, the massage chairs for pedicures have great massage speed and helps you relax. When you get a pedicure done, you get a nice long massage. Larry who gave me a pedicure was amazing, he was caring with the pedicure, long foot massage and stretched my foot. I paid $25 for the standard gel manicure. No lotion, no massage, no cuticle cream. Tools were extremely dirty and Sanitizer box was used for long-term storage...definitely not for sanitizing. I should have left, so shame on me for not voicing my opinion. The lead guy who did my nails got into an argument with another patron over pricing while I was there. My grandmother comes here once a week for her mani and they take great care of her... she can't see and they know it... they not only know her color and her schedule, they take time to walk her out to the car. This is a wonderful nail spa, and I've been coming here for years. Maria and Teresa are great and make sure your needs are met. I get bored, so I like to try all the new techniques and colors. Today I was a client at PGA Nails for a Gel Fill and Gel Polish. John gave me the best gel fill ever, making the gel coating very thin and elegant in appearance. He was very attentive and meticulous. This place is awful. The say they open at 9 but they didint open their doors until 9:10. They told me the guy who did full sets would be there in 5 minutes which turned into 30. Then someone who came in after me without an appointment they took. They said it would be 5 more minutes in their talk means 30 minutes. I wouldnt let them touch my nails.
