I live close making this a very convenient location for me, I go often. However; today I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life happen. I walked in looking to purchase THREE new callaway quantum clubs, expecting the total to be over $1000. The first older gentleman I asked was standing by the simulators. "Hello, do you have the new quantum's to try". He responded with, no, we won't have them for 3 weeks. I then asked, "well how about the new mizuno?". Again he responded no, another 3 weeks. So then I walk over to the racks, I find the exact two clubs I'm looking to try available. I bring them over, and say: "it looks like you have the clubs, can I try them?" I am then scolded, told those are new clubs, don't touch them, put them back. I say well yes obviously, and returned the club. Finally, after 20 minutes, I was then able to try the new quantum driver. I hit it for 5 mins, then was ready to try the mizuno. The guy who helped us was busy with another group. So I waited. When he returned I asked to try the mizuno. TO MY SURPRISE: he then tells me, you have to leave the booth. I asked Why sir? Do you think i am not able to buy the clubs? He responded with, we have another customer waiting, and you've been here 10 minutes. I just said ok, and left. Not worth my stress. Talk about losing an easy sale though. I got fitted for clubs with Brandon one of their pros and it was a great experience. I felt like I was getting the opinion of somebody who really knew what they're ere talking about. I got the taylormade p790s and while it might be an expensive iron set I felt like the customization and experiance was definitely worth the money. if you want to get fitted or need any help Brandon is definitely your guy. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience at the Delray PGA TOUR Superstore that I felt compelled to share! I live in Wellington, and after a round of golf in Boca, my son and I decided to check out this store as he needed a new visor and wanted to try out a new 3 wood and hybrid. From the moment we arrived, Alyssa was there to help us with a warm smile. She quickly set us up with a bay so my son could test out the clubs, and her knowledge and assistance throughout the process were fantastic. During our visit, I also mentioned that I needed to get my irons re-gripped but was hoping to avoid the usual 24-48 hour wait. Alyssa was incredibly accommodating, asking if I knew which grips I wanted and offering to handle it for me on the spot if I didn't mind a bit of a wait. She even arranged for us to use another bay while we waited, which was a huge plus. Alyssa even told us about a membership option that would let us use their practice bays and included a lesson and fitting session This has been huge benefit since it's been raining a lot lately and I personally will make use of the lesson. I've been a loyal customer of PGA TOUR Superstore for years, always visiting the Palm Beach Gardens location. However, the exceptional service we received from Alyssa and the team at the Delray store has definitely made me consider making the extra drive in the future. Happened again!!! Was looking to purchase a couple of demo driver shafts. Looked on EBay and the same shafts were selling for $50.00 cheaper . Asked the person at the counter if there was any way they could match their used item vs brand new on eBay . The guy was completely dismissive and said without asking the manager over, NO. ( gave some bullsht about the adapter) Obviously the people working at this store will not work with you. Great place for all your golf ( and tennis) needs. There are a lot of employees available who are very helpful and friendly. They have everything you need from clubs, bags, apparel, accessories and there's areas to try out clubs for driving and putting. They even can analyze your swing. I had old clubs regripped and they were ready the next day. read more

Rude Staff! I asked three members of staff, three different questions, none made any sort of effort. When I asked what the swing weight of my club was now they had replaced my grip, the guy told me it wasn't his job! When I said I wasn't a loyalty Member, "you only get 10 bucks if you spend $300"... in other words, I can't be bothered entering your information. They have a lot of Clubs for Sale and spectacular indoor driving range 5*. But standing in a suit and tie, the staff wouldn't give me the time of day. -1* Prices -1* (Edwin Watts and Dicks is cheaper) Uneducated Staff -1* (they might be PGA pros, but if they don't answer the question.) Some of the most friendly and kind staff I've ever experienced. Me and some friends went in because we were in the area and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Golf stores are usually pretty good but this one is fantastic. Store has a fantastic selection of clubs and the place is huge with many different simulators either for testing a club, practicing, or even club fittings and a massive putting green right in the front. The value of just coming in and being able to practice while finding every club you could want is well worth the drive if your not eat delray. Plus the prices were well priced. read more

It's a store where people working there pretend you are not there. As you come in the store there s a big picture of someone who is supposed to be the manager and it says if you need me call his number. That was a clue there was a problem. It's a great big store with most golf stuff I can imagine , but no help .one lady employee was working hard helping three different and rapidly getting mad customers. my friend finally found the shoes and size he wanted.it was like the shoe section in target,except these cost two hundred dollars.Relieved he walked over to pay for them was eighth in a single line. Easy access off Linton and I-95. This is a good sized golf store with a great selection. Whether you're looking for new clubs, shoes, apparel, bags, balls or accessories, it's here! All the stuff you see the pros using or wearing it's in the store. Friendly and helpful staff to assist but feel free to browse around at leisure as well. They have a wide array of services also from club repairs, custom fitting which I took advantage of when I bought my new clubs earlier this year. They have a practice center that you can go hit balls rain or shine and they also offer golf lessons if you need to work on a particular part of your game. This is truly a one stop shopping place for all of your golfing needs and wants and they have an excellent return policy if you need to bring something back. read more

This store wouldn't last 35 seconds in New York. Nobody is there to help. You have to get on a waiting list to be helped and when they finally get to you they're on to the next! The staff is not as educated as they are in other PGA stores I've been too. They say they match competitor prices but they wouldn't match a Golf Galaxy price for me. I forgot golf galaxy sold baseball equipment! My bad! Ended up going to golf galaxy and buying what I needed and for a much better price than here. read more

September 4, 2020 I am writing to thank Sean for his diligence fitting me for a Mavrik driver. My fitting took 1 hour, I hit the Mavrik sub zero, the standard Mavrik and the Mavrik Max with various Stock and upgraded shafts. Sean explained the results to me and explained why the best match for me was the Mavrik Max with an upgraded Aldila shaft which provided a tighter dispersion area. At the end after hitting a similar stock shaft and the Aldila Rogue MSI 110 I decided on the upgrade which he reduced to $50. I was not pressured. It's a hit or miss. Went it spent a lot of money the employee was great and helpful. Called and the employee just seemed like he didn't want to help me at all as soon as he answered the phone so DISMISSIVE and no help whatsoever. I just needed help on my item that i purchased I gave him all the info and he said idk probably about a week just wait then said okay I'll find out and call. No call or update was given. We had to call again but this time my partner called and he found out they hadn't even done anything about it and it was just sitting there and no one had bothered to ship it on a $600 order. Took the time to make 2 appts online to fit my daughter for a new set of irons and woods. We were greeted on time each time and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more patient in helping us with our decisions. My only concern is about product availability/offerings. We did get a good price on selecting a few prior year clubs. I would also say for the 4 visits that we went into the store, we were greeted by the staff who also helped us locate other products in the store. read more
