Chris and Jenny at Elite Performance are such great people. My son has been taking golf lessons from Jenny for about a year and a half now. She is such a great teacher and is very patient. One time I brought my daughter in with me when my son had a lesson. I asked Chris a few questions about her and how to improve her running. He spent over an hour walking her through different exercises to help diagnose ways to improve. In the end I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing and he is happy to help her improve. You don't find this kind of dedication and customer service anymore. I started seeing Chris 2 months ago and was EXTREMELY skeptical. I did not enter with open arms. I was seeking something extremely specific for my specific athletic career as a 50yr old professional athlete. Yeah, I know...but yes, I am 50 and on a professional sports team. My son started golf lessons with Jenny last year and he loves golf and working with her. She is so encouraging and able to push him to improve as well as enjoy the process. They have a great golf area with a golf simulator as well as an area to putt and chip. They also have half of the gym set up as a personal training area. Chris is amazing!! He is so patient, kind, and understanding of what my goals and needs are. I highly recommend him as a trainer. He's very precise on form and technicalities (which is what you want for a trainer) bc it shows care and attention to detail so you don't hurt yourself working out. I did minimal in terms of lifting weights in the past so I was very new to this and am very thankful for Chris taking me every step of the way and correcting my form! I've been to a couple gyms here and there like 24 or crunch, his gym has workout equipment I've never seen before so it was very cool to try new things and have him walk me through how to use them to maximize my goals. read more

They'll also give you feedback and help with your movements to prevent injury and to strengthen you. Specifically, I work with Chris for golf and body movements to prevent injury, to get a faster swing speed, and more distance off the tee. I've gained at least 10-15 yards with my driver since I've been working with Chris & have been able to prevent and work through injuries with his help. I started coming to this place in November 2015. I had not worked out in over 15+ years. Dominica, one of the trainers helped me to figure out what my goals were, what my calorie intake should be and set specific achievements by a certain time we would work towards. Both trainers are very well rounded in their knowledge. Stretching correctly, pain management for the soreness after the workouts, what and when to eat and how to speed your metabolism. It's a small gym and usually they train 1 or 2 people max at a time. The results have been life changing and I am now probably in the best shape I have been in probably 20 years. I come to find out they specialize in helping adolescents as well as older people and everyone in between. If you have always wanted to work out but have been intimidated by going to other gyms and not knowing what to do, you have to check this place out. I have been training with Chris twice a week for about about 6 mos and I cannot be more thankful that I found him. Although I have been a runner for over 15 years, I have had serious back problems that have plagued me for just as long. This place is awesome. I truly enjoy the trainers and training style that is performed at this gym. The trainers really seem to love what they do and are extremely knowledgeable in it as well. I have been training with Dominica 2 days a week for 1 hour session for the past 4.5 months. I have lost 20lbs and gone down 2 pants size. What can I say about Dominica??? I'll get to the training part in a minute, because she is fantastic. Dominica's genuine personality is what makes her such a great fit for me as a trainer. She has taken a very personal approach to my training. Dominica keeps me entertained throughout our sessions with funny stories and very unique outlook on health, fitness and life as a whole. In regards to developing my body, our sessions are diverse and meant to shock my body every time with special emphasis on gaining strength and muscle. In addition to dumbbell and cable work she has introduced me to speed and agility training. I have corrected my posture and strengthened my core. This place is AWESOME!!! It's a small, private gym that DOESN'T charge membership fees; they only charge for personal training sessions. They have a two client maximum by appointment only, so I never have to worry about feeling self-conscious that people are watching me when I work out, which I love. Another bonus for me is they keep it suuuuper clean. There are never weights laying around unracked, or empty water bottles/trash/ etc in the gym. It's also really convenient to not have to wait in line to use a specific machine! Not to mention, Chris and Dominica are GREAT. They're both so knowledgeable and have been working with me to not only get in shape, but strengthen my bad knee so I don't injure myself. Their rates are extremely fair since you aren't paying for a membership, and they genuinely want to help you and go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. I can not say enough good things about this gym! I've never been a fan of the big gyms. At Elite I get the personal one on one training I've always wanted and it always feels like I'm working out in my own private gym! No having to wait for machines to be available or some annoying person asking if they can 'work in' on my machine while I'm using it. Dominica and Chris both are very skilled and knowledgable trainers. I was with a different trainer for almost two years and wasn't seeing great results. I was beginning to think maybe it was just me. After only 4 months with Dominica I could all ready see my body changing. My strength was improving and I was feeling better in general. Another plus is that Dominica is constantly changing it up and keeps things interesting. She challenges me but never makes it so crazy that I don't want to go back.
