I chose PGMS for my gutter cleaning because of their great reviews. Had 4 other estimates that were a little higher than PGMS. A very pleasant and friendly worker showed up and got right to work. He used a hand blower to blow any leaves and debris from the gutters. There was one gutter that had shreds of roofing shingles inside the elbow. He removed the elbow, cleaned out the debris and hosed down the gutter to make sure water ran out with a good flow. He even replaced broken and rusted gutter screws. They rescheduled on me twice over two weeks. Tried to reschedule me for a third time but I didn't have any time left with tenants moving in on the first (which is a deadline I told them about prior) so I asked them if we could keep the planned time or not and they said yes and agreed. They didn't show. I texted 30 min before the appointment window was over to find that they were not coming at all and they would not have said anything if I didn't text. They blamed their technician - which not sure how that is my concern if they have one that doesn't know how to communicate. I found that they are generally $10 cheaper than others, but their lack of reliability makes it not worth it. I had to pay even more to find someone else last minute. Unless you have time to keep rescheduling, save your time, money and frustration and go elsewhere. read more

The tech did a great job cleaning the windows on my 2 story house. He had a positive attitude & seemed to like his job, which seems rare these days. When I noticed afterward that a screen had popped out, they sent him back to fix it in about 40 minutes, again with a great attitude. Now that's service! We have a larger house with about 100 windows total. I was a little concerned choosing PGMS because they only had 1 review. But of the 4 total companies we reached out to on Yelp, these guys were the quickest to respond and very professional in their messaging. We had inside & outside of all windows, plus screens washed. The tech that came to our house was there 9:30am-6:30pm. Quite a full day. His work was amazing! Our windows are crystal clear and all screens like brand new. Laurynas was the representative whom came to our house to perform the window washing. He called prior to arrival, arrived on time (in scheduled window) and was very clear what he could clean, what was unreachable (due to safety concerns). He performed the job very well and quickly. We are very pleased with the services and will hire PGMS again (maybe even twice a year) for window cleaning! The job was completed well. I had 35 windows for them to clean. There was some miscommunication regarding completing basement windows, but the technician was willing to come back and complete the job. I wanted to use this company because they had gotten good reviews from others so we agreed they'd come over to do gutter services. The morning of the appointment they let me know something came up and asked if they could come later in the day. I agreed. That time came and went and I (not they) followed up and asked their ETA. They said it would be another 1.5 hrs and I told them that would not work for me and asked if they could do Saturday morning to which they indicated they could do later in the day Saturday or next Friday morning. I then came to the conclusion that they were not interested in retaining my business as they were not accommodating to my schedule or offered nothing for the time lost and inconvenience. i cancelled the appointment due to this poor customer service and will not be contacting them again. read more

They came a bit late but notified me. Peter the technician explained to me, exactly what he planned to do to clean the gutters. He was here maybe a hour and a half. He got up on the roof and blew out the gutters and flushed a hose through them. We haven't had a steady rain so it's hard to tell . But they seem to be working better. They seemed reasonable but yo be honest I have nothing to compare it to, so I go by what I see. They cleaned up well afterward. They definitely look better but again it's hard to tell. read more
