Multiple clients that came in after me was called before me. I used to be okay with the long waits here, but now they are becoming very disrespectful in regards to the time people take out of their day to come to try to stay on top of their health. If they don't see me before 3pm for my 10:30am appointment, I am leaving would never come back here. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy, they had the air conditioning off with more than 10 people waiting in the lobby. They seem like they hate their jobs and don't want to speak to anybody. Multiple guests came in complaining, yelling, and demanding they need to get off their phones to start doing something, because there's no reason for guests coming in early or on time for their appointment to not get seen until 3 to 5 hours later. We can't eat, drink, or use the bathroom properly waiting 8 hours and to just get seen by a dentist to have them tell me that I have to come back later due to insurance or some other excuse. They need new management, more employees, or to just shut down because the fact that almost everyone that comes into this dentist office is upset, frustrated, and annoyed. I should be spending my health dollars and insurance somewhere else where clients get treated properly.

Dr. Nelson's office is state of the art. He takes PPO and other insurance, and I've never had an issue with coverage. The office staff are quick to provide estimates, and I have not been surprised by unexpected billing. My husband has had two implants performed with Dr. Nelson. The work was perfection, with no pain, and perfect tooth alignment. There office has dedicated parking spaces in the large parking lot. It's conveniently located, and I've never had a long wait to be seen.

Her whole office follows her example, they are all warm and caring. I sit in the reception area and see person after person get treated with the same warmth and empathy. I had to go in for pain that started over the weekend, and they fit me in to be seen. Dr. Aldama took care of my pain immediately and gave me instructions to manage it. She literally made me feel like I was her sick child. I love this office and even though I don't live in the area and pass several dentist offices , my whole family and I will continue to because Dr. Aldama is a rare jewel of a Dr. who puts her patients first. I really wish she could be my Dr. for every part of my person. Besides all of that, the office is clean, professional and they manage time very well. Thank you Dr. Evelyn Aldama. I'm a repeat customer. Scheduled my appointment for 4-5 months after my last cleaning and 3 months…read morean emergency fix early January. I was happy with the service at that point. At that point, I thought I confirmed the appointment twice. However, today when I arrived, the receptionist told me my appointment was cancelled my appointment without warning, quoting that I didn't respond to her by 3:42PM and as so she went ahead and cancelled it. No where in the prior messages did it say the appointment was at risk to be cancelled if I did not reply to the text message. Nor was this the case at the beginning of the year or during the last cleaning. I drove 20 minutes each way and took PTO attend. What's worse is when I tried to highlight the above point as constructive feedback, the representative did not want to read her messages and admit to the failure in communicating the risk of cancelling the appointment if I don't respond to the text message. I've had a least 100 doctor appointments over the last 5 years. I usually schedule them months if not a year in advance. Not a single doctor has ever canceled because I never responded to a text message. As I was trying to explain that there is no indication in her communications that there was a risk of cancellation until after she cancelled the appointment, the receptionist then continued to interrupt me continuously. I couldn't complete a full sentence without being interrupted. Not only the behavior of this individual was unprofessional and quite frankly, unacceptable, I'm more concerned about arbitrary policy that she referred to as started in 2026 where they will cancel appointments if you don't confirm. This shows that this was not an isolated incident, but rather a poorly communicated and executed policy that reflect poorly on the owners. When I asked to talk to the doctor/owner, I was told the doctor left for the day. This is concerning because had the appointment went ahead as planned, I would have to come back another day for the second half of the appointment. Outside of the obvious scheduling policy issue above, not having a doctor/dentist for an appointment defeats the purpose of the dental appointment altogether. At the end of the day, I'm not happy with the outcome here with this office. At the current moment, I don't know who I can't trust at this ultra smile brand. Is it the receptionist, the owner or the brand that I need to attribute this new found loss of trust. If you are a working professional, you may want to consider other professional options.

I went to Dr. Patty after seeing a Facebook ad (that should have been my first clue). I also try to seek out medical care providers that look like me. I've just moved from another state and needed a dentist. I only came in for a regular cleaning. The dental hygienist came in and poked and prodded and claimed I need a "deep cleaning". The deep cleaning cost $1,395 and my co-pay was $295, plus they suggested an electric toothbrush for $85. When Dr. Patty did her exam, she told me how great my dental hygiene was, so I wondered why the need for the deep cleaning but I foolishly agreed to the "deep cleaning" that day, which resulted in 4 painful shots of lidocaine, and me being unable to talk for thee hours afterwards, because my words were slurred, which they didn't warn me about, so I had to cancel my afternoon meetings. My bill mysteriously changed to $405 when I went to the front to pay and when I inquired about the increase, the front desk clerk kept saying "oh don't talk" because of the lidocaine and tried not to explain the reason for the bill increase. Her explanation--I still don't even know, because I knew then, I WOULD NEVER RETURN! BE WARNED THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY! And Dr. Patty, you BE WARNED ALSO, if you come for me, I am an attorney and I will have your license! I will call the dental board, and may still do so!
